Have you ever noticed that there are Level 2 Gagaga monsters? Well, now you do. Gagaga Cleric, Gagaga Child, and Gagaga Sister are all Level 2 monsters and with the exception of Sister, they are also Level 2 monsters who are able to summon themselves from hand. Because of this, we can play the Gagaga cards alongside Spright cards in order to go through a Leo Utopia Ray line as well as the usual Spright line, just without any Nimble cards that is. It's just a different take on Spright and it isn't that great compared to the Nimble, Melffy, Runick, or Live Twin stuff you can do instead.
For handtraps: 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and 3 Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit. For the Onomat/Gagaga/Utopia stuff: 1 ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber which is a monster negate on resolution and it can be equipped from Deck via Leo Utopia Ray. 3 Utopia Onomatopoeia. This card summons any number of Onomats from your hand which gives you easier access to Level 4 and Level 2 Onomats on field. It also being treated as 4 different Onomat Archetypes also means that it is a good search off of Onomatoparia. 2 Zubababancho Gagagacoat and 1 Dodododwarf Gogogoglove. You want to play some number of both of these monsters as they are good Level 4 facilitators and they help facilitate your other Onomats. 3 Gagaga Child which is a free NOPT summon if you control a Gagaga of a different name and you can modulate its Level to become the same as another Gagaga monster. Since you have Gagagacoat and Utopic Onomat being Level 4 Gagagas, you can modulate Child into a 4 in case you need a Level 4. 3 Gagaga Clerk which is just a free NOPT summon if you control a Gagaga of a different name. It helps set up a Level 2 body to summon Sprights from hand and it is way more useful than Gagaga Sister. Sister has a useless skill on Normal Summon for this Deck and she modulates the Level of herself and another Gagaga to become their combined Levels. It isn't quite what you want to be doing because you either end up with Level 4's or Level 6's and without her being an inherently free summon, she just doesn't do all that much. For Sprights: 3 Spright Blue, 1 Spright Jet, 1 Spright Red, and 1 Spright Carrot.
For Spell/Traps: 3 Onomatoparia which discards 1 to add any 2 Onomats. 2 Triple Tactics Talent. 1 Double or Nothing! for the Utopia Double line. 1 Spright Smashers for removal. 2 Spright Starter. 2 Crossout Designator and 1 Called by the Grave. 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder, 1 Leo Utopia Ray who is a monster negate in of itself and can equip Pegasus Twin Saber from Deck for another monster negate, 1 Number 39: Utopia Double to rank-up into Leo or to go into OG Utopia for an OTK, 1 Number 39: Utopia for the Double OTK, 1 Downerd Magician, 2 Gigantic Spright, 1 Number 65: Djinn Buster as a monster negate you can make, 1 Number 2: Ninja Shadow Mosquito, 1 Onibimaru Soul Sweeper, 1 Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax, 1 Knightmare Cerberus, 1 Knightmare Phoenix, 1 I:P Masquerena, and 1 Spright Sprind. While we don't have anything worthwhile to send off of it, Gagagacoat can reborn a Cleric or Child you sent with Sprind and its bouncing effect is still useful.
Side Deck: 1 Bystial Magnamhut, 1 Bystial Druiswurm, 3 Droll & Lock Bird, 1 Spright Gamma Burst which does help with OTKing but you also have the option of the Utopia Double OTK as well so you can pick and choose between them. 2 Lightning Storm, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 3 Evenly Matched, and 1 Spright Double Cross.
