Power: High Rogue (8.2/10) - Legal Link Evolution Mermail Atlantean Frog combo. It loses the old Ronintoadin, Bahamut, Dweller, and Halq shortcuts, but Neptabyss, Diva, Dragoons, Abyssteus, Abyssmegalo, Moulinglacia, Trishula, and White Aura Whale still give serious WATER pressure.
Consistency: Excellent. Neptabyss, Diva, Swap Frog, Dragoons, Abyssteus, Salvage, Pot of Avarice, and One for One give many ways to start or rebuild. The main bricks are Mizuchi, Dupe Frog, and larger Mermails without discard fuel.
Ceiling: Strong. Atlanteans turn WATER costs into removal/searches, Mermails convert discards into bodies, Moulinglacia can strip the hand, and the Extra Deck gives Toadally Awesome, Abyssalacia, Coral Anemone, I:P into Unicorn, Trishula, White Aura Whale, and Borrelsword.
Recovery: Strong. Dragoons keeps searching, Salvage returns Neptabyss/Diva/Swap, Avarice reloads monsters, Abyssgunde revives, and Abyssalacia or Coral Anemone extends after trades. Banish-heavy disruption is the hardest check.
Going first/second: Flexible. Going first, aim for Toadally, Abyssalacia, I:P, Mizuchi protection, or Moulinglacia pressure. Going second, use Atlantean removal, Megalo attacks, Trishula, and side into Nibiru, Dark Ruler, Evenly, backrow removal, Pankratops, and Feather Duster.
Choke points: Stop Neptabyss or Diva, interrupt Abyssteus before it searches, banish Dragoons or Gunde before they convert into advantage, or remove Abyssalacia/Coral Anemone before follow-up.
Key cards: Neptabyss, Atlantean Dragoons, Deep Sea Diva, Swap Frog, Abyssteus, Abyssmegalo, Moulinglacia, Abyssalacia, Toadally Awesome, Trishula, White Aura Whale.
Key combos: Neptabyss sends Dragoons to search and load WATERs. Abyssteus discards an Atlantean to summon itself, trigger removal/searches, and find Mermail follow-up. Diva summons Neptabyss for engine access. Swap Frog loads Dupe or spare Frogs, while Salvage recovers starters for a second push.
