Set a high defense monster cards first. And then start to use its unique effects on your next turn. This cards is more effective when your battling a lvl 4 high attack monster. Since all of their defense is 2000, its not easily destroy by your opponent monsters at the start. I recommend “Substitode” and “Dupe Frog" since its effect is applied to all other Frog monster which cannot be destroy by its Frog name except “Frog the Jam” etc.. Try to counter all the opponent attack. When you have a chance to tribute summon “Des Frog” this card set begin to work well. But first try to put at least 2 “T.A.D.P.O.L.E.” in your graveyard to activate “Des Frog” unique effects. Try to counter with a spells and trap cards all effects who interrupt this method. Your ace is the spell “Des Croaking” when 3 of “Des Frog” is on the field all your opponent card zone will be wipe out. Then begin to attack. If you want to fusion summon all the 3 “Des Frog” with your “Polymerization” i recommend to do that after your battle phase end. Learn the basics and repeat all the method, try to analyze the deck and read their effects first, it will help you more.
