Fundamentally, this is a deck about deception, as fits the date it was built on (April Fool's)
With Neo Space Connector, the opening is special summon Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin to link into Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights
From there, search to hand either Courageous Crimson Chevalier Bradamante or Sasuke Samurai #3 from Isolde's effect. And then use Phoenix Gearblade and Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade for Isolde's cost to special summon Two-for-One Team. Gearblade returns to hand by its effect being sent for the cost of a monster effect.
Reveal Gearblade in hand for Two-for-One Team's effect, and more than likely everyone at the table will want the free cards.
Next turn, use Isolde to special summon Sasuke Samurai #3, and use Chevalier's effect to discard and equip the Shooting Star Bow - Ceal to Sasuke Samurai, as well as the Phoenix Gearblade. Poke another player directly whoever wants to draw until they have 7 cards by Sasuke's effect.
At this particular point, being mechanically helpful and with a seemingly single purpose and gimmicky deck makes it extremely easy to be underestimated, especially amidst the active threat of the other players. And it can be fun to play into the shop gimmick using and recycling Gold Moon Coin for providing various equip spells to other players.
That said, there are three possible lines to actually get a win.
The first is if Sasuke Samurai #3 survives, Mage Power and other equip spells on top of the Shooting Star Bow may allow it to simply swing directly for game. Or, as a variant for pure fun, tribute summon Millennium Shield and use Magnum Shield along with various other equip spells and swing for potentially high damage that way. Armed Samurai - Ben Kei is also an option instead.
The second is if Infinite Cards is in play, the hand sizes of the other players will enable Arcana Triumph Joker to have ridiculously high attack.
The third is using Mikanko Kagura to potentially burn for quite a bit given the excess of equip cards in this deck. Otherwise, Ohime the Manifested Mikanko can make for a dangerous comeback.
But as might be expected with this kind of a deck, it's not for anyone that really wants to win. It's objectively inconsistent and gimmicky. But sometimes it's enjoyable just to help the other players have fun.
