Tier 0? I don't think so tbh. Its pretty overhyped because the choke point is very narrow compared to most other meta decks. This deck struggles to play through a single form of disruption like ash blossom. The potential is high but compared to decks like drytron/dragon link it doesn't have the same versatility and doesn't have the same grind potential as decks like eldlich/Invoked bs. There is a recourse loop but the retained cards are not proactive to compete with the current meta control decks.
If playing ocg i would take out imperm for crossout and replace the loose super poly with another cyclone or whatever you want. With Crossout designator i think this deck could be meta but im not sure when or if we'll ever get it in the tcg.
