Building budget-oriented decks with roughly a $100 USD ceiling. Floowandereeze with a flat 40 cards main deck, 15 card extra deck. The extra deck is not often used, and could be removed if extra budget-conscious. Side decks are dependent on the player's environment / locals, but additional cheaper cards (mostly for going second) could include: Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Lightning Storm, Snatch Steal & Change of Heart. Pairs well with other stun cards like Rivalry of Warlords. Match-up dependent, but Thrust could also search Dimensional Barrier.
