Floo took a pretty big hit with the latest patch, hitting an important piece of their puzzle: Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds. But that doesn't mean Floo is unusable without their primary floodgate; it just means we'll have to adapt and rely on new weapons, including a new bird to the fellowship.
Simorgh's Winged-Beast and Wind typing make it an easy fit to the Floo system, with Elborz providing strong search potential when Magnificent Map doesn't get drawn, and Simorgh itself acting as good fodder for tribute summons.
Barrier's ban means that to remain viable (and as annoying as usual), we'll have to put greater emphasis on two familiar cards; Empen and Unexplored Winds. Empen's surprisingly oppressive and effective floodgating along with Unexplored Winds' strong, Super Poly-style disruption creates a strong core to build around.
Other than that, load your deck up with other knick-knacks like the (honestly, quite OP) Harpie's Feather Storm, which synergizes really well with Simorgh; Nibiru for Sprights and other combo decks; along with the interesting choice of Lancea, to be used against Kashtira, the spiritual successor to Tearlaments. They'll need a lot of banishing to get their work done, so a well places Lancea will send them reeling. Other than that, side deck options include Ultimate Slayer, Forbidden Lance, Cyclone, etc. AND ALSO D. Shifter, which has moved from main deck tyrant, to rogue side deck option. Banishing extra cards just makes things easier for Kashtiras, with Arise-Heart's Macro Cosmos-esque effect.
As a finishing note, you might be interested in the very out-of-place extra deck; it's used as a facade, a way to confuse opponents, particularly Kashtira fans and their frequent Diablosis uses, which can get them completely mistaken about your archetypes (pretty common Tearlaments-ish extra deck). You barely use the extra deck anyways, with Floo's inherent restrictions on extra deck summoning, so make use of it in a different way! You can optionally add a synchro monster for Ultimate Slayer, but I didn't because it might mess with the illusion.
