I think the only two things you could reasonably debate regarding this list are the two extra deck slots where I put Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf and Duelittle Chimera, as well as which of Infinite Impermanence and Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion should be in main.
My reasoning for including Duelittle Chimera is that, in my opinion, Fire King High Avatar Kirin is the most broken card in the deck. Having it in hand allows you to play though so much interaction, and the float + non-target pop you get when it is destroyed is one of the most important effects in the whole deck. Being able to recycle this card even once is incredibly valuble, as it fixes the deck's only flaw in the grind game (running out of good cards to pop with Sacred Fire King Garunix), and also allows you to continue playing through interaction. As for Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf, it gives you access to a combo that can convert a hand of just Legendary Fire King Ponix + any FIRE monster into your full endboard. That combo is also pretty resilient towards pre-end phase Nibiru, the Primal Being, as the Legendary Fire King Ponix will add back to your hand during your oppenents ensuing standby phase, giving you another FIRE monster to pop with Fire King High Avatar Kirin. Salamangreat Sunlight Wolf also has the ability to recycle Fire King High Avatar Kirin, and although it doesn't serve that purpose as well as Duelittle Chimera, the ability to do that at all greatly improves the deck's grind game.
Infinite Impermanence vs Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion is almost entirely personal preference. I chose Infinite Impermanence because it synergizes with Dominus Impulse, and also helps to out towers and floodgates if you open with it going second. Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion is also a good option for different reasons.
