in short, apart from the main character, the other characters are rarely so well looked after.
Just consider that in the last appearance Kaiba was still using Obelisk.
I also suspect that the release of Krystal support cards was planned, then abandoned for the blue-eyes tuners (mandatory to be purchased to avoid planned obsolescence).
Therefore the x2 Krystal dragons were replaced by the spirit dragons plus finger spinners. I think Lullaby can be very strong as there are always overused cards in the meta every season.
I'm not sure if the deck is workable, as all level 8 cards I don't really know how it works, I relied a lot on my experience as a duelist.
