I never knew a single lick of F.A. before trying to build F.A. Prediction Princess. The only card I knew was F.A. Dawn Dragster, but looking up all of the Level 9 monsters in the game introduced me to F.A. Motorhome Transport. Motorhome Transport is a Level 9 LIGHT Machine Synchro Monster. But here is the catch: We aren't Summoning him as our Level 9 in this Deck. You could Summon him as your Level 9, but realistically, why would you? The thing about F.A. is that you really need to be popping your Field Spells (other than Hyper Stadium) in order to be searching for the F.A. cards you actually need, but at the same time, you only have 2 good Level 4 F.A. monsters and at least need 1 of them along with access to F.A. Auto Navigator in order to really go through with Synchro plays in the Deck. What I am trying to say is that F.A. realistically is only able to pop off if you open a lot of their cards along with ways to actually go into Synchros. There are several things that we need to take into consideration. First, if you want to consistently make Synchros, you need Auto Navigator in order to reset your F.A. monster's Levels so that you can access the Synchros you actually want. Second, you want to at least open 2 Field Spells with one of them being U.A. Hyper Stadium with the other being some other F.A. Field Spell. This is less consistent than before due to Terraforming now being limited as opposed to being unlimited when the Deck released. Also, Destrudo, the Lost Dragon's Frisson and Ancient Fairy Dragon, while they are good for this Deck, it does take a lot of space in the Deck to consistently always access Destrudo and it really takes away from our goal of playing F.A. Prediction Princess because Ancient Fairy and Destrudo lean more towards you investing in playing F.A. and not helping you get to a Level 9 for Prediction Princess. And third, it is really hard to ensure that your F.A. monsters' Levels stay at the amount that you want them to stay at. All of the F.A. Field Spells other than Hyper Stadium increase your F.A. monsters' Levels by 2. Imagine finally being able to Synchro Summon into Motorhome and it ending up as a Level 11 on field due to your Field Spell. Now you need a way to get rid of your Field Spell or use Auto Nav's effect to return Motorhome's Level back to 9. But then you realize that you can just make Dawn Dragster which is a Level 7 which becomes a Level 9 under a Field Spell. Well yes, but now we come to the point where we, again, need Auto Nav, to return an F.A.'s Level to normal in order to access Dawn Dragster. And with Auto Nav being the only Tuner in Deck and with no real "good" way to pop our F.A. Field Spells to search, actually having it is pretty rare. So this Deck is what I have come up with. It makes the best that it can out of the F.A. monsters to get 2 Level 9's out onto the field without World Legacy Monstrosity, but we are still playing it to have more opportunities to go even harder in. With this Deck, you really have to play with your hand and finagle your plays to hopefully get to where you need to go. Our usual combo is a 3-card combo consisting of: any Level 4 F.A. monster, U.A. Hyper Stadium, and an F.A. Field Spell that is not Hyper Stadium. Let's say you have F.A. Whip Crosser, Hyper Stadium, and F.A. City Grand Prix. Normal Summon Whip Crosser and activate Hyper Stadium. Hyper Stadium searches F.A. Dark Dragster from Deck and you choose to increase Whip Crosser's Level by 1, making it a Level 5. Activate Hyper Stadium's other effect to reveal City Grand Prix in hand and pay 1000 to have an Extra Normal Summon of an F.A. or U.A. during your Main Phase this turn. Increase Whip Crosser's Level by 1, making it Level 6. Activate City Grand Prix, increasing Whip Crosser by 2 Levels, making it a Level 8. Then also, increase its Level by 1 again by its own effect to make it a Level 9. Since you have a Level 7 or higher F.A. on field, Special Summon Dark Dragster from hand. Now, if you don't have World Legacy Monstrosity, just overlay Dark Dragster and Whip Crosser into Aggregator and go from there. If you have Monstrosity, Summon Prediction Princess Bibliomuse and Deus-X Krawler from Deck. Overlay Deus-X and Whip Crosser into Aggregator. Then, decrease Dark Dragster's Level by 3 to pop City Grand Prix. City Grand Prix adds F.A. Auto Navigator from Deck to hand on destruction. Based on what you have in hand as your last card, there are a few things you could do, but from here, increase Dark Dragster's Level by 1, making it a Level 5. Extra Normal Summon Auto Nav and use its effect to add F.A. Off-Road Grand Prix. Activate Off-Road Grand Prix which increases the Level of all your F.A.'s by 2, making Auto Nav into a Level 3 and Dark Dragster into a Level 7. Now you can Synchro for Baronne de Fleur. It's very difficult to play this Deck to where you want it to end up, but you just need to play with whatever you draw to the best of your ability.
For the monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on the field face-up or face-down, and during the End Phase, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down. Tarotreith must be either Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's End Phase effect. Her Flip Effect allows you to Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back from your GY if she was tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect can add a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand, and while she is face-up on the field, she gives your Ritual Monsters targeting and destruction protection from your opponent's effects. 2 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute than it. So before going into the F.A. monsters, all of them can increase their Level by 1 each time an F.A. Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated and their ATK is equal to their Level x300. 1 F.A. Dark Dragster which must first be Special Summoned from hand if you control a Level 7 or higher F.A. monster with no Dark Dragster on field. And it can also reduce its Level by 3 to pop a card on field. 3 F.A. Hang On Mach and 3 F.A. Whip Crosser. I can care less about what their unique monster effects are. We just need them to increase their Levels. 1 F.A. Auto Navigator. This is only in here as a possibility for a Synchro play. We aren't actually Synchroing for a Level 9 for our main plays, so 1 is enough. It does not increase its Level each time an F.A. Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated. If it's in hand or GY, you can target an F.A. whose Level is hgiher than its original Level, you can Special Summon this card and return that monster to its original Level and make Auto Nav's Level be equal to the amount reduced. And if it is Normal or Special Summon, you can search for an F.A. Field Spell.
Spell/Traps: 3 U.A. Hyper Stadium which is also always treated as an F.A. card. On activation, it can add a U.A. or F.A. from Deck to hand or a U.A. Stadium from GY to hand. Also, you can reveal a Field Spell in hand and pay 1000 Life Points to have an Extra Normal Summon of a U.A. or an F.A. during your Main Phase this turn. Hyper Stadium basically gives an F.A. 2 additional Levels from its activation and its effect activation. 3 F.A. City Grand Prix which increases the Levels of all F.A. monsters on field by 2 during the Main and Battle Phase and gives your F.A. monsters targeting protection. If it is destroyed while face-up on field, you can add an F.A. card from Deck to hand. 2 F.A. Off-Road Grand Prix which increases the Levels of all F.A. monsters on field by 2 during the Main Phase. And it has the same searching effect on destruction as City Grand Prix. We are not playing F.A. Circuit Grand Prix because that card only increases Levels during the Battle Phase. 1 Terraforming. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites and 2 Prediction Ritual because we really need something to do if we don't draw our 3-card combo. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which Ritual Summons a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down, and you can also banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. And finally, 2 World Legacy Monstrosity which Special Summons a Level 9 from hand or targets a Level 9 you control and Special Summons 2 Level 9's from Deck with a different Type and Attribute than that monster, but with different names.
Extra Deck: 1 Master of Ham which Special Summons a Flip Monster from Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 1 Baronne de Fleur. 1 F.A. Motorhome Transport. This card is pretty meh. It's basically a large body that is indestructible at Level 11 and it can reborn an F.A. every turn at Level 13. With City Grand Prix, it is also untargetable, but the card is still very meh. 1 F.A. Dawn Dragster which can reduce its Level by 2 once per turn to negate the activation of an opponent's Spell/Trap Card or effect. 2 Herald of the Arc Light which adds a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from Deck to hand if sent to GY. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 1 Infinitrack Earth Slicer. 2 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 S:P Little Knight, 1 I:P Masquerena, and 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 1 Kurikara Divincarnate, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Lightning Storm, 3 Evenly Matched, and 3 Infinite Impermanence.
