Yeah
Okay so normal Evil Eye open, but instead of making machinex immediately with your two lvl 3's, make chariot carrie (the gold pride rank 3)
cycle thru her line (send nitro to GY if LP are less; since resurrection procs on resolution of this effect, you have to lose LP before using chariot carrie's effect. although it costs 1000 LP, using Selene's effect in GY to reset itself on field after being sent there from hand by Gorgoneio's effect works.
anyways, send nitro, search the continuous spell, better luck next time. activate better luck next time, search whichever monster you want right here (you can search leon for a turn one setup for PEP)
Usually after doing this, you will arrive at 2000 LP at the end of your first turn. I know, it's a big investment, but you'll love it. This deck is built for swinging games out in at max 5 turns.
In End Phase, you will recycle Chariot back to ED and draw a card off Better Luck next time, and you will special summon carrie from deck as a result. Carrie's effect will activate, and you can grab a gold pride trap card.
Usually your field will look like this by now:
serziel, equipped with selene, protected by catle if you opted for it over basiltrice (depends on the matchup)
leon, level 3 tuner, ready to quick-effect synchro summon.
nitro blaster, level 8 effect monster, on your field in defense position (don't forget to activate its effect on standby to hot-press a kashtira opponent from summoning from hand; its token you generate cannot be used as link material!).
carrie, level 3 effect monster, in defense.
Paradoliea, the evil eye field spell
evil eye retribution, the countertrap that cant be responded to if selene is on the field (you can only activate this once after your full setup, That's why i opt in-and-out of using Fortune Tune in the extra if i can't find a resonable way of gaining LP, otherwise I Reason for Shen-Shen or Trish for quick suppression on my opponent's turn)
I included desert locusts because its possible to make on my opponent's turn, it is a tuner too and it discards a random card from Opponent's hand. it's a 6 and serziel is a 4, so in the offchance serziel gets non-target banished, you can chain that effect to make something like Baronne if you tag it in from the extra deck. Otherwise it's a niftier way of getting Shen-Shen on field.
Shen-Shen has that 'on attack, place a banished card into the GY of the player who owns it' effect too, so it's really good at recycling Basiltrice/Catlebopas if detached from your XYZ monsters as material.
You can make borreload by using Leon and Baller.
in this case though, you probably should make I:P into apaloussa before hand, so you can target and equip I:P with borreload.
you can also use Gorgon > Zerziell (attacks twice after a material gets to 2600 atk) as a route to find material for borreload, but you'll need more Evil Eye cards on board for that.
Overall, very fun deck, I think this one is more competitive on the side of using it against AI decks of pre-banlist ABC dragon, and having some favorable matchups. I got the idea from Squiddy's YT vid, and shoutout to whoever compiled the list to him. i <3 evil eye.
