Surprisingly, for as little monsters that are played, it's pretty consistent to get out Psychic End Punisher (PEP). Cards like Reasoning and using Monster Gate on your Runick Monster's can easily set up your PEP and also dump Runick cards into the grave to use with Fountain. I feel playing two of each of the good Runick cards was best and playing anymore you can start to brick I found in play testing.
Name of the game once the PEP is out, is making your life points lower than your opponents. Cards like Re-Cover are nice for losing 2000 life and is why we play a 10 card max extra deck for it's effect. Cards like Piri Reis Map, Chicken Game and Upstart are good ways to get into the cards you need and changing the difference of life points between you and your opponent for PEP. Runick adds more draw power and protection. Eldich's sending to the grave effect is critical for this deck to get your opponent's field to 1 or less monsters so you can swing in with PEP.
Sanguine and Conquistador are totally optional so feel free to remove, I just liked having them around agaist certain match ups.
This deck is definitely not meta and loses easily to a well timed Ash Blossom, but it's more about the fun factor of getting your PEP attack points up high enough to deal lethal and attack over all of their monsters. Added bonus, watching your opponent struggle to find the out once your PEP gets big enough and remains unaffected. Very few cards can out the unaffected PEP at high attack value, however some lingering effects and cards like Herald of the Abyss can out it so watch out.
