Mostly got the idea from some random Karpath video I watched a while back.
Basically the concept is to abuse Eccentric Boy by making level 8 Synchro bodies with high stats (Archfiend, Fighter, etc etc) to mitigate the drawback effects, then when they are removed from play as per Eccentric's effect you can cheese them out with Escape with their effects intact. You wanna be drawing level 5's in that case for the hand, best choices are 3x Thunder Dragon (consistency/cost both met) alongside a pair of Cyber Dragons and 3x Sirocco for the Vayu stuff; that helps with board pressure and to make the Escapes less dead in hand.
The targets for Eccentric are generally cards that are going to be a mix of being good with/without their effects. Archfiend is 3k already so that's a plus regardless. There's a good mix of cards available that I'd dare say it becomes more of a toolbox if you can get at least one of them out and banished, especially ones like Thought Ruler or Dark End which are both also valid targets for the strat. It's certainly not amazing yet for the gimmick it works, not many decks can throw out pressure like that with one or two cards required.
The build otherwise is pretty inoffensive. Chaos Sorc admittedly is a bit jank in here however with all of the targets available it was never a brick when it got drawn so I can't say much else about it. Legacy copies are there to actually see the plays more with the additional upside of maybe baiting out removal in the right conditions. Side Board was mostly just generic. Virus with Eccentric targets is possible; requires a bit too much resource-wise to be viable sadly. Maybe another time.
