Earth Machines are here with, just basically making VFD.
For all of you people who doesn't know how this works, the infinitrack anchor drill can make 2 cards level increase by the sum of those two cards, this means that if you do use anchor drill's effect, and use it on a level 5 infinitrack monster you have got 2 level 9 monsters. You can work out the rest from here.
