This "Majespecter" Deck revolves around Tributing and Pendulum Summoning.

First of all, you should Link Summon "Majespecter Orthrus - Nue" and use its effect to rapidly advance your preparations, before proceeding to Pendulum Summon.
"Majespecter Draco - Ryu" prevents the "Majespecter" Spell/Trap Cards requiring Tributes from becoming too costly, while "Majespecter Unicorn - Kirin" can return monsters to the hand during either player's turn.

You'll be very hard to beat if you can get both on your field.
