DRYTRON (Cyber Angel Herald) | April 2021

Not your conventional Drytron build (most common builds in the current format are probably Vendreads and Megalith) but it's quite simple and very effective :)

Main board that you want to end on turn 1 is Vanity's Ruler + Red-eyes Dark Dragoon (this way Dragoon can't be Kaiju'd as your opponent cannot special summon), as well as some herald of orange/purple light negates, artifact lancea or honest in hand.

Combo 1: Vanity's Ruler + Red-eyes Dark Dragoon

Opening hand: Drytron Nova + Drytron Zeta (Or any other Drytron monster besides Drytron Alpha)

1. Activate Drytron Nova, special summon Drytron Alpha from the deck


2. Link off Drytron Alpha for Linkuriboh


3. Special summon Drytron Alpha from graveyard by tributing Drytron Zeta from hand


4. Drytron Alpha searches Cyber Angel Benten from deck


5. Special summon Drytron Zeta from the grave by tributing Cyber Angel Benten in hand


6. Drytron Zeta searches Meteonis Drytron 


7. Cyber Angel Benten searches Vanity's Ruler


8. Link off Alpha and Zeta for Predaplant Verte Anaconda


9. Activate Verte Anaconda's effect sending Red-eyes b. Dragon, Dark Magican and Red-eyes Fusion from deck to grave, Special summon Red-eyes Dark Dragoon


10. Tribute Linkuriboh and Verte Anaconda to normal summon Vanity's Ruler 

Combo 2: Vanity's Ruler + Red-eyes Dark Dragoon + Linkuriboh

Opening hand: Drytron Nova + Drytron Zeta + Drytron Gamma (Need Nova and Gamma, third Drytron monster is flexible)

1. Activate Drytron Nova, special summon Drytron Alpha from the deck


2. Link off Drytron Alpha for Linkuriboh


3. Special summon Drytron Alpha from graveyard by tributing Drytron Zeta from hand


4. Drytron Alpha searches Cyber Angel Benten from deck


5. Special summon Drytron Zeta from the grave by tributing Cyber Angel Benten in hand


6. Drytron Zeta searches Meteonis Drytron 


7. Cyber Angel Benten searches Vanity's Ruler


8. Activate Meteonis Drytron, tributing Drytron Zeta to special summon Cyber Angel Benten from the graveyard


9. Special summon Drytron Gamma from hand, tributing Cyber Angel Benten 


10. Drytron Gamma effect activates to special summon Drytron Zeta back from the graveyard


11. Cyber Angel Benten activates to search Herald of Orange Light (the fairy searched here is flexible, Lancea is also a good option)


12. Acivate Meteonis Drytron in the graveyard targeting Drytron Zeta and adding it back to your hand


13. Activate Meteonis Drytron tributing Drytron Gamma to special summon Cyber Angel Benten from the graveyard


14. Link off Zeta and Alpha for Predaplant Verte Anaconda


15. Activate Verte Anaconda's effect sending Red-eyes b. Dragon, Dark Magican and Red-eyes Fusion from deck to grave, Special summon Red-eyes Dark Dragoon


16. Tribute Verte Anaconda and Cyber Angel Benten to normal summon Vanity's Ruler 


17. Cyber Angel Benten effect activates in graveyard to search another light fairy (I usually search Eva as it could give you access to another negate searching 2 fairies including Herald of Orange/Purple Light)

Note that the deck is mostly light fairies so you're likely to have others in hand so what you search with Benten will vary. Also, Linkuriboh is still on board for that extra protection.
