This Dragonmaid list basically abuses the same strategy most relevant meta deck abuse currently. Focusing on playing a pile of extender with just the right ratio of hand traps to open with 80% chance 1 and with 50% chance 2 with the other cards being extender.
The main goal of the deck is to set up sphere + 2 negates or Auroradon + 2 negates and a set up gy for the next turn if you went first. If you went second you usually can push straight for game against most boards.
The spice lies in having the new meteor dragon as a way to loop black metal dragon into Ravine + Sphere while only using your normal summon and combo from there into either Sheou + Savage or go all out into Auroradon.
The deck takes some time to get used to to play but rewards you with plenty of lines of play even through negates and you will rarely stand there without interaction durring your opponents turn, if you go second or first. I can go into more detail if needed how the combos work if asked for.
