There's no Elpy/guardragon. They are nice but they make the deck more linear and easier to stop. I prefer a more pure and adaptable version with no real chokepoint.
Dragonmaid Sheou is a great boss monster that litteraly comes back every turn. The deck has a hard time on the first turns but if you manage to go to the grind game you should be able to win. The deck can really hold the distance and keep the advantage.
It's a fun strategy. It needs some skill and good decision-making but it's solid.
