This is adapted from the deck I built for the Dark vs. Light event. The deck revolves around establishing D-Tactics and Break the Destiny, but because they aren't searchable, I use a critical mass of Destiny HERO names in order to fuel Destiny Draw. Verte Anaconda puts in a lot of work for the deck, so I don't know if I would recommend trying it out outside of Master Duel.
For your main combo, assuming you see Break the Destiny, then fusing into Dominance actually provides a lot of value, particularly if you can do so using Fusion Destiny. Because Break the Destiny destroys your monster for cost, you can trigger Dominance's graveyard effect to special summon 3 different Destiny Heroes. Typically you'll want Dreadmaster among them for the battle protection, and then usually I would go for Denier and Disk Commander to dig deeper into my deck. Denier in particular gets a lot chances to shine in this deck since you'll get the chance to do more than just re-stack Malicious into your deck.
Other than that, D-Tactics pairs really well with Dystopia and DPE, and is searchable with Break the Destiny's graveyard effect. Unforunately, Destiny End Dragoon isn't very playable in this deck, since it isn't actually a Destiny HERO monster, so it conflicts with Cross Crusader's and Faris's xeno-lock.
