This deck has very good synergy, even if you open fusion destiny and a baby you are set. I was not sure about this at first but the destiny heros do not get in the way, and a free disruption is pretty nice. I would make apollousa if you don't have the lost world on the board, but the destroy phoenix enforcer if you do.
Budget options: If you can not afford accesscode talker try getting cards like borrelsword dragon, it is a budget alternative. If you can not afford the destiny hero package than I recommend just cutting the fusion package, making it a going second build with cards like dark ruler no more the rainbow neos package, and other board breaking cards. If you are just playing casually you can also cut the side deck. If you can not afford apollousa I recommend getting number 60, a second dolka, or another good generic rank 4 card for the deck. If you can not get the borreload savage dragon then I recommend changing this to a going second dino deck.
Going second dino: If you can not afford some of the more expensive cards than I recommend playing a going second variant. In this variant you will cut the destiny hero package for the rainbow neos package, play 2-3 mystic mine, lightning storm-or raigeki,feather duster, Dark ruler no more, and other board breaking cards.
