Boredom really does send you places. This here is D/D Prediction Princess. It may look and sound stupid, but I assure you that it is way better than most of the other horrible Prediction Princess Decks that I came up with when I was testing out various Level 9 monsters: Winged Kuriboh Prediction Princess, Ashened Prediction Princess, Metalfoes Prediction Princess, Overmind Archfiend Prediction Princess, Burning Abyss Prediction Princess, and so much more. This Deck is really simple. Either you go through a line that gets you to a Level 9 or you go through a line that gets you to Ib the World Chalice Justiciar and depending on what else you open, you will likely be able to also transition to full Prediction Princess combo. This is all courtesy of the new D/D support from Doom of Dimensions, of course.
This first combo gives you a Level 9 monster and will be able to transition into full Prediction Princess combo if you draw World Legacy Monstrosity. It requires Dark Contract with the Gate and World Legacy Monstrosity. Activate Dark Contract with the Gate and then activate its effect to add D/D Savant Copernicus from your Deck to your hand. Normal Summon Copernicus and activate its effect on Normal Summon to send a copy of D/D Lance Soldier from your Deck to the GY. Activate Lance Soldier’s effect in GY targeting your Dark Contract with the Gate. Lance Soldier’s effect destroys Gate and Special Summons itself back from GY. Synchro Lance Soldier and Copernicus into D/D/D Founder King Clovis. On Synchro Summon, Clovis can Special Summon back the banished Lance Soldier (which was banished by its own effect). Activate Lance Soldier’s effect on field to increase its Level by 1 since you have 1 Dark Contract in GY. Now that it is a Level 3 Tuner, Synchro it and Clovis into Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys. Archethys activates on Synchro Summon to draw 1 card. Activate Monstrosity targeting Archethys to Special Summon Deus-X Krawler and Prediction Princess Bibliomuse from Deck. Xyz Deus-X and Archethys into Mereologic Aggregator into the EMZ who sends Herald of the Arc Light from your Extra Deck to the GY on Xyz Summon. Herald triggers to add Prediction Princess Tarotrei from Deck to hand. Activate Aggregator’s other effect targeting Herald in GY, detaching 1 material, and attaching Herald from GY to itself. Link off Aggregator into Gravity Controller. Herald hits the GY and triggers again to add Underworld Ritual of Prediction from Deck to hand. Activate Underworld Ritual Tributing Bibliomuse to Ritual Summon Tarotrei. Bibliomuse triggers off of being Tributed in GY and Special Summons herself back face-down. Tarotrei activates to flip Bibliomuse face-up which triggers Bibliomuse’s Flip Effect to add Prediction Princess Tarotreith and another Underworld Ritual from Deck to hand. Activate the second Underworld Ritual tributing Bibliomuse to Ritual Summon Tarotreith face-down. Proceed to the End Phase and in the End Phase, Tarotrei Special Summons Deus-X back from GY face-down. During your opponent’s Standby Phase, banish Underworld Ritual from GY to Special Summon another Prediction Princess Bibliomuse from Deck face-down and Tarotrei flips Tarotreith face-up whose Flip Effect Special Summons Pot of the Forbidden from Deck face-down. Tarotreith will then be able to flip Bibliomuse, Deus-X, and Pot of the Forbidden face-up. Note that if you opened D/D Gryphon, you could’ve Special Summoned it while you controlled a D/D monster in order to Link it and Aggregator into I:P Masquerena to go into S:P Little Knight on the opponent’s turn.
This second combo primarily gets you to Ib the World Chalice Justiciar to give you access to World Legacy Monstrosity, but if you also open D/D Gryphon, it also gets you to a Level 9 monster to use the Monstrosity you searched on. Let’s say that we are aiming to get to a Level 9 as well, so we need to have Dark Contract with the Gate and D/D Gryphon. You don’t need to explicitly open Dark Contract with the Gate as you can just open Copernicus and another D/D name, but opening Gate means that you don’t have to go through all of that. Activate Gate and activate its effect to add D/D Savant Copernicus from Deck to hand. Normal Summon Copernicus whose effect activates on Normal Summon to send D/D Lamia from Deck to GY. Activate Lamia’s effect in GY, sending the Dark Contract with the Gate you control to the GY in order to Special Summon her back from GY. Because you control a D/D, Special Summon the D/D Gryphon in your hand. Synchro Lamia and either Level 4 into Ib the World Chalice Justiciar who searches for World Legacy Monstrosity on Synchro Summon. Then, Synchro Ib and the other Level 4 into Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys. Now because you have Monstrosity in hand and a Level 9 on field, you basically proceed with the same steps as the previous combo.
For the Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down during your End Phase. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's effect in the End Phase. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-down and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down after being Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute. 1 Pot of the Forbidden which has a Flip Effect that lets you choose between Drawing 2 cards, returning all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroying all monsters your opponent controls, or looking at your opponent's hand and shuffling a card from it back into the Deck. 2 Gizmek Kaku, the Supreme Shining Sky Stag. If there is a monster in the EMZ, Kaku can Special Summon itself from hand. It can also target a face-up monster in the EMZ and equip that monster to itself and if it destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 monster that is equipped to it to your field. As practically a Level 9 monster who can Special Summon itself from your hand, I normally play it in a Deck that either can get to a Level 9 easily, but cannot access Monstrosity that consistently or that often. It’s still a good card as it can remove a monster that your opponent controls that is in their EMZ, but because the Mulcharmies are a thing, I have a slightly larger incentive to play this card if I can because it, again, is basically a free Level 9 body on the field who can also act as removal. Besides, if you go through the Lance Soldier line to go into Clovis and then go into a Level 9 Synchro, Kaku can act as a secondary Level 9 on field to Xyz Summon Mereologic Aggregator given that you did not open Monstrosity, and all that you would really need to open to facilitate full Prediction Princess combo through this specific play would be any Prediction Princess card as Aggregator can search the other 2 Prediction Princess Ritual Monsters/Spells you need. For the D/D monsters: 3 D/D/D Zero Demise King Zero Machinex, 3 D/D Gryphon, 3 D/D Savant Copernicus, 1 D/D Lance Soldier, and 1 D/D Lamia. Zero Machinex’s Pendulum Effect allows you to place a Dark Contract Continuous Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up in your Spell/Trap Zone the turn it is activated. As for its monster effect, it is also very good, but we can’t trigger it in this Deck because of how little D/D/Ds we play. So it's not really worth going over. In a pure D/D Deck, Zero Machinex is crazy. Not only can she just place a Dark Contract Continuous Spell/Trap face-up on field from Deck, but if you placed a Dark Contract with the Zero King with her effect, you can destroy her for the effect of it in order to get any D/D straight from the Deck to then transition into D/D/D Abyss King Gilgamesh who will then place another copy of her into your Pendulum Zone because she is a 0 Scale which is really good for Pendulum Summoning say a D/D Savant Kepler from your face-up Extra Deck. Not to mention that the previously destroyed Zero Machinex will be able to use its effect in the face-up Extra Deck potentially as well. In this Deck, however, we are just using her as 3 more copies of Dark Contract with the Gate. We are only playing D/D Gryphon because it’s a Level 4 D/D that can Special Summon itself from hand if you control a D/D. We can’t really utilize or even access its other effects since we are only playing 11 D/D names, 3 of which are Gryphon. So even though it would be very nice to Special Summon Gryphon from GY and use its effect to search for a D/D, it’s not like we are even able to play copies of D/D/D Oblivion King Abyss Ragnarok to do this. Copernicus sends either a D/D or Dark Contract card from Deck to GY on Normal or Special Summon. This either sends Lance Soldier or Lamia who can then bring themselves back via their GY effects. I don’t know if anybody else would agree with me on this, but there should be a greater focus on making new Dark Contract cards with a wider range of utility instead of printing new D/D monsters. I mean, the new support from Doom of Dimensions is really good, but having a Dark Contract that literally just says send a D/D from Deck to GY or one with an effect that just Special Summons a D/D from GY would be really nice. Like those would be played at singular copies in order to pivot to them whenever necessary. Lance Soldier can target a D/D you control to increase its Level by up to the number of Dark Contracts on field and GY. This is really nice since it is a Tuner monster. As for its other effect, if it is in the GY, you can target and destroy a Dark Contract you control to Special Summon it, but it is banished when it leaves the field. As functionally another copy of Lamia with more utility, it’s really good. As for Lamia, its a Level 1 Tuner which can Special Summon itself from hand or Gy by sending a D/D or Dark Contract card from your hand or face-up field to the GY, but it is banished when it leaves the field. Lamia is fine to draw, but you would rather not. However, Lance Soldier is a brick. Finally, 3 Mulcharmy Fuwalos and 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
Spell/Traps: 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 3 Dark Contract with the Gate which can add a D/D monster from your Deck to your hand once per turn. And as a soft once per turn during your Standby Phase, it inflicts 1000 damage to you. Soft once per turn just means that if you have multiple copies of Gate face-up on your field, each of them damage you. I do wish that Lamia destroyed a D/D or Dark Contract card for the cost of her effect rather than sending since you can’t send a D/D in your Pendulum Zone to the GY for her effect since Pendulums don’t work like that. So, you usually have to send Dark Contract with the Gate to the GY. It would’ve nice if Lamia said destroy so that you can destroy a scale and keep Gate face-up on the field to potentially search follow-up next turn, specifically in this Deck. 3 World Legacy Monstrosity which can either Special Summon a Level 9 monster from your hand or target a Level 9 monster you control to Special Summon 2 Level 9 monsters from your Deck with a different type and Attribute, but with different names. 1 World Legacy Succession which targets a monster in your GY and Special Summons it to Linkpoint. 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys which is a Level 9 Synchro which on Synchro Summon can draw a card for each of the non-Tuners used for its Synchro Summon. And as a Quick Effect, it can discard 2 cards to target and destroy a card on field. Crocodragon is the Level 9 you want to go into on turn 1 just to draw an additional card. The Level 9 you want to go into on a following turn is the 1 copy of Cloudcastle that we are playing. On Synchro Summon, it can target and Special Summon a Level 9 monster from your GY. Essentially, if you didn’t go through the Lance Soldier line involving Clovis to make Crocodragon turn 1, you can Normal Summon a Copernicus to go through this line into Cloudcastle to bring back a Level 9 for a Rank 9 play. 1 Draco Berserker of the Tenyi. When your opponent activates a monster effect, it can Quick Effect banish that monster and if it attacks and destroys an Effect Monster by battle and sends that monster to the GY, it gains that monster’s original ATK and can make a second attack on a monster. We are playing this because we don’t have to use Lance Soldier’s effect to modulate its Level into a 3. We can just keep it as is to utilize it as a Level 2 to Synchro with Clovis to go into this card or literally any Synchro 8 for either removal or funny plays. I mean, you could play Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon in this slot or even Goyo King if you want to be funny. I mean, Goyo King really isn’t that bad. A 3200 ATK body that, when it destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY, can either Special Summon that monster to your field in whatever position or just yoink a monster your opponent controls is pretty useful for a follow-up play to go for an OTK. 1 D/D/D Founder King Clovis. It’s a generic Synchro which can, on Synchro Summon, target a banished D/D or a D/D in GY if you control a face-up Dark Contract and Special Summon that monster. It’s great as a way to extend plays to get the correct Levels on field to Synchro Summon D/D/D Cursed King Siegfried in an actual D/D Deck, and it works great for getting to a Level 9 in this Deck. 1 Ib the World Chalice Justiciar who searches for a World Legacy card from Deck on Synchro Summon. 2 Herald of the Arc Light which adds a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand if it is sent to the GY. 1 D/D/D Deviser King Deus Machinex which can be Xyz Summoned using a D/D/D monster you control (i.e. Clovis if it gets negated or something I guess). Once per chain it can Quick Effect detach 2 or destroy a Dark Contract you control to attach a Monster Card your opponent controls that activated its effect to itself as material. I mean, this card is cool, but you can also choose to either play Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder or Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis in place of this card. They have more use potential in this Deck. 2 Mereologic Aggregator, 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows, and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 S:P Little Knight and 1 I:P Masquerena. 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 2 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Mulcharmy Purulia, 3 Droll & Lock Bird, 2 Lightning Storm, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, 1 Triple Tactics Talent, and 3 Evenly Matched.
