Power: Low Rogue (6.8/10) - This is a cleaner and fully current-legal Link Evolution Aroma build. It keeps Dartz's serene-control angle through life gain, garden fields, and Plant recursion, but it stays Low Rogue because Aroma still needs several pieces online before it starts snowballing and it lacks the later Plant/Aroma support that would raise the ceiling.
Consistency: Solid. Aromage Jasmine, Aromage Laurel, Lonefire Blossom, Aroma Gardening, Aroma Garden, Super Solar Nutrient, One for One, and Monster Reborn give the deck multiple ways to establish Plant bodies and life-gain triggers. Moving Gardening to three and trimming the weaker beatdown cards makes the opener less clunky.
Ceiling: Moderate. The strongest boards use Aromaseraphy Jasmine to convert Plants into searches, Blessed Winds and Humid Winds to keep the engine looping, Dried Winds to turn life gain into removal, and Synchro/Link options such as Sweet Marjoram, Naturia Beast, F.A. Dawn Dragster, Black Rose Dragon, Crossrose Dragon, and Borrelsword Dragon.
Recovery: Good. Blessed Winds recycles and revives Aroma pieces, Humid Winds can search follow-up, Rose Lover and Monster Reborn bring back Plants, and Aroma Garden/Gardening keep generating life-gain triggers after trades. The deck is much weaker if its continuous spells/traps are removed before they resolve value.
Going first/second: Best going first. Set up Aroma Garden or Gardening with Jasmine, then layer Blessed Winds, Dried Winds, Humid Winds, Infinite Impermanence, or hand traps. Going second, the side deck brings Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Nibiru, Twin Twisters, Droll, Feather Duster, and Pankratops.
Choke points: Stop Lonefire Blossom or Aromaseraphy Jasmine before they search, remove Jasmine before the life-gain draw engine starts, hit Blessed Winds/Humid Winds with back-row removal, or banish Rose Lover and Spore before they become follow-up. Decks that can clear continuous cards cleanly are the hardest matchups.
Key cards: Aromage Jasmine, Aromage Laurel, Aromage Marjoram, Lonefire Blossom, Aroma Garden, Aroma Gardening, Blessed Winds, Dried Winds, Humid Winds, Aromaseraphy Jasmine, Aromaseraphy Sweet Marjoram, One for One, Super Solar Nutrient, Rose Lover, Spore.
Key combos: Lonefire Blossom turns into Jasmine, Laurel, or another Plant starter. One for One summons Laurel or Spore to make Aromaseraphy Jasmine lines. Aroma Garden or Gardening gains LP, triggering Jasmine draws and Aroma effects. Blessed Winds sends or revives Aroma cards while also gaining LP. Dried Winds turns those LP gains into monster removal. Aromaseraphy Jasmine tributes a Plant to search the missing Plant piece, then Sweet Marjoram and the Winds traps turn the board into a grindy control setup.
