Dark Ruler and Evenly Matched are insane together if you're going 2nd in the duel
example: your opponent have full board in his turn, when is your turn you have to do this
1)activate dark ruler no more in your main phase 1 for negate your opponent's monsters effects, neither player can activate monsters effects in response of this card!
2)battle phase, before end it, activate quickly evenly matched for clean the field and win the match!
