Dark Doriado - Endymion / White Forest / Dark Magician
The game plan of this deck is to FTK two of your opponents using Tempest Magician and Spell Counter cards, but also to set up a board with interactions and floodgates, allowing you to interact with the one left, or to still play the game if the FTK gets interrupted. You can also choose to set up a simple board, and surprise your opponents in your second turn with a very easy effect damage + monster attacks kill.
Dark Doriado is the Deck Master and the main normal summon of the deck. You use draw spells to add the cards selected by Dark Doriado, so you can consistently have access to your starters. The deck has 16 card draw cards (considering the condition you have Doriado on the field or one spell in hand), so you have an 86% chance of drawing at least one in your starting hand and a 51% chance of drawing two of them.
The main end board cards are Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians, Mythical Beast Jackal King, Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess, Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic, Medicurius the Power Patron of Illusions, and Magician's Right Hand. So around 7 disruptions: 4-5 monster negates (1 Mythical Beast Jackal King and 3-4 from Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess), 2 spell/trap negates, and 1 banish all opponent's monsters.
To FTK your opponents, you'll use Tempest Magician's effect with at least 16 Spell Counters on the field, first obtained with Mythical Beast Jackal King, which you summon at the beginning of your turn with Servant of Endymion, and then with Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians. Then you can kill the last opponent if you still have spells to activate and other cards that also gain spell counters (Tempest Magician's discard effect also helps a lot). If played correctly and not interrupted, you can even consistently draw through your entire deck with Royal Magical Library.
Combos
Edit: This deck got a lot of support from the recent Ars Magna cards. The new combo with a 2-card-draw is very linear and explosive (https://www.masterduelmeta.com/combo/6a500dc208888edc8cec36e2). Now this deck has a lot of card draw (4 additional draws from the Ars Magna engine) and more interactions if someone manages to stay alive. I'm looking forward to the coming support for the Endymion pendulums, this is going to be crazy.
This is not a linear combo deck, so I'll separate the combo into stages in the order of the optimal time to use them, but that order is not always possible. Sometimes you'll also jump between combos. You can also invert the order to make your draw spells better and avoid interactions on more important effects.
Pendulum stage:
Dark Doriado for Servant of Endymion, Ars Magna of Infinity and Finity, Audhumla, Progenitor of the Frozen Expanse, and Ars Magna of Unification and Separation. This is also the order you want to draw those cards (but you don't want to draw Ars Magna of Unification and Separation).
After adding Servant of Endymion to your hand using a draw spell, you have two options to continue, depending on the number of draw spells and other spells you have in hand. One is to summon it as soon as possible to protect your other plays from monster effects, the other is to keep it in the pendulum scale for a pendulum summon. The advantage of Pendulum summoning using her is that you'll be able to use Beyond the Pendulum's effect.
If you don't have a way to summon another monster after summoning Dark Doriado, and don't have another draw spell to draw Elfnote Lucina, or if you have another monster to activate as a low pendulum scale (or if you just feel like you really need protection), you should first use Servant of Endymion's effect to special summon itself and Mythical Beast Jackal King. Mythical Beast Jackal King is also your main source of spell counters, adding two per spell. You'll try to leave it on your board until you activate Tempest Magician, so you can always be protected and then kill one of your opponents. Then you can summon Heavymetalfoes Electrumite with Servant of Endymion and Dark Doriado.
The other option is that if you can summon another monster, you can use it and Dark Doriado to summon Beyond the Pendulum, which adds Chronograph Sorcerer to your hand. The main disadvantage of choosing to do this is that you'll not gain as many spell counters, and you'll be more vulnerable. But the upside is great: you'll follow up by activating Chronograph Sorcerer to summon Timegazer Magician, then use it and Dark Doriado to summon Heavymetalfoes Electrumite, which you can use to draw a card with Dark Doriado on the pendulum scale, while also adding and summoning Chronograph Sorcerer, which allows you to then go into the Dark Magician combo. This is the closest you'll get to a linear combo in this deck, and it can reach a great endboard, and at least one opponent killed guaranteed (and only using those Dark Doriado, Servant of Endymion, and Elfnote Regina or any other monster).
White Forest stage:
This is the part of the combo you'll be trying to reach for most of your turn. If you drew the White Forest cards, those are the first monsters you'll try to summon (by pendulum summoning, or using Magical Dimension, Endymion Empire, or Chronograph Sorcerer's effect), so that you can summon Tempest Magician as soon as possible to avoid wasting spell counters. If you did not draw them, you'll have to try to get Astellar of the White Forest in the graveyard and special summon it.
The optimal way to have access to Astellar of the White Forest is by doing the Regulus combo and reborning it with the Dark Magician combo. The most reliable way to do that is by the Spright cards and the Snake-Eye combo, which only requires two level 4 monsters on the field, but the downside is that you'll have to remove the Spright cards from the Extra Monster zone to summon Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians, with the Snake-Eye cards, or Heavymetalfoes Electrumite, which you generally prefer to activate targeting other monsters.
The White Forest combo also gives you access to Royal Magical Library with Rciela, Sinister Soul of the White Forest, which is also very good to summon as soon as possible (like the other white forest cards, you can summon it by pendulum summoning, or using Magical Dimension, Endymion Empire, or Chronograph Sorcerer's effect).
Regulus combo:
The Regulus engine gives you access to both Astellar of the White Forest in the graveyard for the White Forest combo and a level 4 monster for the Snake-Eye combo (or Crowley, the First Propheseer). It can also special summon up to two spellcasters from your hand using Magical Dimension and Endymion Empire. If you have Genni, the Maid of Endymion, you can also use her effect to protect your other spellcasters from target negates.
The card that allows you to activate those effects is Verre, the Maid of Endymion. You can have access to it by using Witchcrafter Creation, Endymion Empire, Regulus, the Prince of Endymion (by adding Endymion Empire), and Genni, the Maid of Endymion. This can be the first combo you do if you have any of those cards in your starting hand, but activating the spells after Servant of Endymion is on the pendulum scale (or other Spell Counter cards are on the field) is generally better.
Dark Magician combo:
The Dark Magician combo ends on Master of Chaos, allowing you to summon White Forest monsters from the graveyard to do the White Forest combo, and being destroyed by Heavymetalfoes Electrumite to add any spell from your graveyard to your hand (like Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity, Painful Choice, and any draw cards that are not once per turn).
You can use Chronograph Sorcerer (and, in worst-case scenarios Endymion, the Master Magician or Mythical Beast Jackal King) to summon Dark Magician of Destruction, which adds The Gaze of Timaeus, which you use to summon Master of Chaos.
Dark Magical Curtain is also incredible here, giving you access not only to this combo, but also to Heavymetalfoes Electrumite with Timegazer Magician.
Although not directly related to this combo, Magicians' Souls is a great way to draw more cards and can be activated at the start of your combo to draw the Dark Doriado cards or at the end to use your Snake-Eye monsters on the spell and trap zones.
Selene stage:
Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians is one of the last cards you want to summon on your turn. It'll allow you to kill one player with all those spell counters and to summon another spellcaster from the graveyard if necessary. In the worst-case scenario, if you cannot reborn Astellar of the White Forest in any other way, you can also use it at that point to summon Tempest Magician, but that means you'll probably only be able to kill one player.
If you have any not-so-useful cards in hand, you can use Tempest Magician's first effect to add some extra spell counters to it. After activating Tempest Magician's effects as much as you can, you can use it to summon I:P Masquerena, and summon Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess or Medicurius the Power Patron of Illusions.
Alternative cards
Spright Elf: Useful to activate Heavymetalfoes Electrumite more times.
Hiita the Fire Charmer, Ablaze: Helps make your combos and remove the Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames lock (although Spright Sprind also works).
Soul Servant: You can use it to add Dark Magical Curtain, but you'll need to use one of your draw spells. The draw effect is good, but if you draw it after activating The Gaze of Timaeus, you won't be able to activate it.
Performapal Sky Magician Girl, Adularia of the June Moon: Can be used to send Astellar of the White Forest to the graveyard.
Mulcharmy Purulia
Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon
Mythical Institution, Mythical Bestiary
Exceed the Pendulum, Shade the Obscure, Pendulum Rising, Duelist Alliance, Odd-Eyes Override Dragon: Good cards with synergy with pendulums.
Majesty Pegasus, the Dracoslayer
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon of the Four Heavenly Dragons
Play the Diabell
Small World
Monster Reborn, Premature Burial, Soul Charge
Jowgen the Spiritualist
Awakening of the Possessed - Greater Inari Fire, Spiritual Fire Art - Kurenai: An easy way to finish an opponent.
Lavalval Chain
Spellbook Star Hall, Crowley, the First Propheseer: More card draw, although not guaranteed.
Going second package (Pot of Sloth, Triple Tactics Talent, Triple Tactics Thrust, Made to Order Mermaid Outfit Outfitter) and (Dark Hole, Ultimate Sky, Forbidden Droplet): Those cards are great in a version less focused on the combo. I decided not to include them because, on the games you're going first (25% of them), they work only as discard fodder for White Forest cards and Magicians' Souls. On the other 75% of the games, they are very, very good, though, and you could choose to play more board breakers and choose to go forth in the game.
Snake-Eye package (Infernal Flame Banshee, Snake-Eye Ash, Snake-Eye Oak, Snake-Eyes Poplar, Snake-Eyes Doomed Dragon, Bonfire, Amphibious Swarmship Amblowhale, Diabellstar the Black Witch, WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils, Original Sinful Spoils - Snake-Eye):
Snake-Eye Ash allows you to go into the full Snake-Eye combo using Original Sinful Spoils - Snake-Eye or Diabellstar the Black Witch. This combo allows you to have additional bodies on the field to summon Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess, and two monsters as continuous spells on the field. You need two level 4 monsters to get access to the Snake-Eye combo (Dark Doriado being one of them), by summoning Infernal Flame Banshee. One option is to use Dark Doriado and a draw spell to add Inari Fire, another (stronger, but less consistent) option is using Regulus, the Prince of Endymion, or Verre, the Maid of Endymion.
You can use Snake-Eyes Poplar's, and Snake-Eyes Doomed Dragon's effects that make monsters continuous spells to activate the cost of the White Forest cards, to draw cards with Magicians' Souls, to increase the number of spells you control for Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians, or to summon Performapal Sky Magician Girl.
One interesting tip is that you can use your Snake-Eye cards to remove your Spright cards (or Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames) and free your extra monster zone for Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians. You can also use the two level 1 monsters with Silvy of the White Forest or Rucia of the White Forest to summon Rciela, Sinister Soul of the White Forest. Diabellstar the Black Witch can be used to summon Dark Magician of Destruction, allowing you to summon
The reason I decided to cut this package is that it was very bricky, and used more deck space than the Elfnote package, which can do essentially the same, with the added benefit of adding a water monster, and also being interactions you can summon with Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians, in your opponent's turn.
Level 7 package (Kashtira Fenrir, Kashtira Unicorn, Pressured Planet Wraitsoth, Kashtira Birth, Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon, Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon, Sacred Sword of Seven Stars): This package sometimes gives you an omninegate and an extra draw 2 effect. But I don't think those effects are worth the bricks.
Cards you may want to remove:
Dark Magical Curtain: This is used to summon Chronograph Sorcerer and allows you to add other cards with Beyond the Pendulum, so it's good, but not that necessary.
Sandwich Day: It's a draw effect that you can't use to add the cards from Dark Doriado consistently. The monster-related part of the effect is unlikely to be relevant when you activate it, too. It works best in the middle to the end of the combo.
Pot of Avarice: Another draw effect that doesn't work well with Dark Doriado and is much more relevant at the end of the combo, when you can choose to shuffle only extra deck monsters. But it's much better than Sandwich Day at that stage, and also can recycle main deck monsters if you really need it.
Elzette of the White Forest: This is another way to get to Tempest Magician, but it's much worse than using Astellar of the White Forest, and it becomes a much worse card if you already have access to Astellar of the White Forest in some other way. At the same time, it is another way to access Tempest Magician, which is very important.
Secret Village of the Spellcasters: This card is much better than all the previously mentioned. It's a pretty good floodgate for spell cards. You may decide not to run it because Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic is a spell/trap negate, and you want to keep Magical Citadel of Endymion on the board. The only downside is that it doesn't help you combo in any way. But it's also pretty good for protecting you against board breakers, and it's solid on an endboard on which you were interrupted. So, I don't recommend removing it, but it's a possible choice.
Spright Sprind: Many times it's not relevant. Its main purpose is to send Astellar of the White Forest to the graveyard to do the White Forest combo. But other cards like Foolish Burial, Painful Choice, Performapal Sky Magician Girl, and all cards from the Regulus engine give you the same result. So it's here just to have a guaranteed option (also making the 2-card-draw combo possible), since Tempest Magician can only be accessed by that combo.
Hiita the Fire Charmer, Ablaze: She is here to remove your Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames fire lock, without using Heavymetalfoes Electrumite effect, which allows you to target Master of Chaos to destroy him. It's a cool interaction and allows you to continue playing if Heavymetalfoes Electrumite is negated, but not super necessary.
