So the Main 1-card-combo here is to use Girsu, the Orcust Mekk-Knight send World Legacy - "World Armor" to GY. Use Girsu, the Orcust Mekk-Knight effect to summon tokens, link one token to Linkuriboh, now link for Lib the World Key Blademaster, use her effect to set World Legacy Succession. Use World Legacy Succession to bring back World Legacy - "World Armor", search for World Legacy Monstrosity. Link Lib to Linkross and summon the tokens. Use one token to revive Linkuriboh. Fusion/special summon Trishula, the Dragon of Icy Imprisonment, activate World Legacy Monstrosity to summon Harr, Generaider Boss of Storms and Mardel, Generaider Boss of Light. Fetch Generaider Boss Stage with Mardel (if needed). Xyz Mardel and Trishula to Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. Activate the Boss Stage. Use Jormungandr effect, attach your Linkross and chain Harr. Boss Stages triggers and brings a next Generaider to Xyz Rank 9 again for True King of All Calamities.
Hand neutral combo and you now have 2 Rank 9s and your Boss Stage.

As soon as you see an opening in their board you can go for OTK. That is why the cyberse/salamangreat cards are here for. You just need to link climb to either I:P Masquerena or Update Jammer then go into Transcode Talker, use his effect bring back that used link monster, link summon Accesscode Talker with 5k+ atk and a second attack during this turn if summoned with update jammer. Additional to that he can pop at least 2 cards and this effect cant be negated.
Easiest way to reach your needed Link-2 is with formud skipper, link to Salamangreat Balelynx, use his effect and get Salamangreat Sanctuary into your hand and search your parallel exceed. Activate the sanctuary, link summon your second Salamangreat Balelynx, SS your parallel exceed, use the effect and summon one more parallel exceed from your deck. link them to update jammer. link jammer and Balelynx to Transcode talker. Use his effect bring back update jammer, link summon accesscode talker, use his effect and select Transcode talker and chain update jammer effect.
