Summary
Main game plan is to break through pesky boards and OTK (depending on the match up). If need be, the deck can board out to be more control-oriented using flood gates like Rivalry of Warlords, Dimensional Barrier and Cybernetic Overflow.
The cyberdark package allows the deck to deal up to 19100 damage in a turn from 1 Cyber Dragon Core + Any Spell or Trap + Any Monster if uninterrupted
(Note: Cyberdark Chimera + Power Bond needs to be in the deck to work. You can consider running a bigger package of 2x Cyberdark Claw, 1x Cyberdark Chimera, 2x Power Bond, 1x Cyberdark Realm, 1x Cybernetic Horizon for better consistency)
Normal Core -> Activate Realm -> Add Chimera -> Normal Chimera using Realm -> Link Sieger with Core + Chimera -> Power Bond fusing Sieger + Core to Rampage -> Activate Rampage to dump Nachster + Herz -> Activate Herz to add Nachster -> Activate Nachster to pitch any Monster to Special Summon -> Activate Nachster to Special Sieger
You could also use Nachster to bring out regular Cyber Dragon if it is in the GY to summon Infinity

Therion "King" Regulus to equip Herz to add a Cyber Dragon later in the turn when Regulus leaves the field
