The Deck goes first and since you are, you could probably side out the
Overload Fusions and something else like the
Cyber Valley for 3 copies of
Ash Blossom.
Your starter card can be any of the normal summons in the deck
Cyber Dragon Core, Cyber Dragon Herz, or
Cyber Valley are fine normal summons.
Cyber Dragon Drei is an okay normal summon, but you would rather summon it when you have some other bodies on the field so that you can make
CD Nova to go into
Infinity.
Your monster extenders include
Gizmek Yata for the free level 5 and extra normal summon,
Cyber Dragon Nachster which is a free Link Material that can bring back an og
Cyber Dragon to go into
Nova, and
Galaxy Soldier which by itself is 1
Infinity and graveyard set-up.
Spell extenders include
Where Arf Thou to search monster extenders or
Effect Veiler for your opponent's turn,
Cyber Emergency and
Repair Plant for searching,
Instant Fusion and
Cyber Revsystem for free Xyz Material or Link Material, and
Machine Duplication to get the vanilla
Cyber Dragons out.
Cybernetic Overflow is just many destruction.
Eltanin and
Chimeratech Fortress in the side deck for certain match-ups.
Jizukiru for going second.
Rampage for Spell and Trap Destruction.
Mechaba is for if you have a
Nova on the field that got
Judgmented or something (or for the
Dragma match-up).
Vespinate is just for more damage going second and for floating into one of your monsters in the grave.
