This Deck is made to do Cubic stuff , distribute cubic counters , stall , negate effects , negate attacks and slap with big monsters without using much of other engines because it ruins the cubic experience , you may as well play a better archetype if youd rather play cubics just for the Duza the Meteor Cubic Vessel and Unification of the Cubic Lords interaction for extra deck plays, so this deck here is made to help you suffer as less as possible with unplayable hands and getting your plays ruined by a single Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
Goals
Fragile to interaction deck that can get out resourced by stronger decks , your goal is to survive untill you can stabilize for a turn to slap a big monster like Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord or Topologic Zeroboros on a near empty field(Topologic Zeroboros can clean the field itself if enemy doesnt have interaction) and win from there.
Cards Used
Duza the Meteor Cubic Vessel is your starter generaly helping send Unification of the Cubic Lords to the graveyard to either proceed with link plays , or stall for time by searching an indestructible cubic on its removal from the field. Unification of the Cubic Lords can also be used to search Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor or Buster Gundil the Cubic Behemoth as a way to search to your hand specific cubic cards on their destruction, like Cubic Mandala.
Cubic Mandala is a searchable versatile floodgate that is hard to settup and easy to break by most decks but can help settup for winning positions.
Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord is the big boss , untargetable by most monster effects can potentially attack twice per turn and has effect damage, and only for the small price of revealing 3 cubic cards from your hand you can special summon it. The usuall way si to get lucky with opening hand , or by discarding Cubic Karma to search for different cubic monsters to fullfill the condition.
Vijam the Cubic Seed is our main stall tool , unsuspecting enemies will attack it while its set and get surprised with a cubic counter on their monster. Also it can not be destroyed by battle so your opponent will have to use extra resources to get past it.
Cubic Dharma and Cubic Karma are your main Foolish Burial Goods targets along with Unification of the Cubic Lords sometimes , Cubic Karma is a searcher and Cubic Dharma is a recovery , Cubic Dharma also helps while on the field by helping you crash your Vijam the Cubic Seed , Indiora Doom Volt the Cubic Emperor or Buster Gundil the Cubic Behemoth into enemy monsters without taking damage.
Dark World Dealings and Hand Destruction are your consistency boosters , they allow you to draw extra cards while discarding cards that have graveyard effects like Cubic Karma and Cubic Dharma .
Terrors of the Overroot and Raigeki Break help destroy enemy monsters to trigger Cubic Mandala or in a pinch they can help destroy spell/traps as well.
Infinite Impermanence is your only handtrap because cubic decks are extremely bricky so more handtraps can produce unplayable hands more often, this card is chosen for its versatility , effect and spell/trap negation posibility.
Extra Deck
Crimson Nova Trinity the Dark Cubic Lord is here for the minor chance to get sommoned from opening cards that can end up on 3 Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord and one Unification of the Cubic Lords , set unification , pass and activate to get to this boss monster.
Knightmare Cerberus , Knightmare Unicorn and Knightmare Unicorn are here as good generic link monster options with discard abilities that synergize with cubic cards and help link climb.
Security Dragon and Akashic Magician are your link 2 generic options with bounce abilities helping to link climb.
Powercode Talker and Decode Talker are generic link 3 beaters in case you cant go up to 4 or want to acess Powercode Talker for its negate to bypass something.
Borreload Dragon is one of your link 4 monsters to end on in when you are on the offence , has good protection and can steal opponent monsters that are hard to break.
Borrelguard Dragon is an alternative to Borreload Dragon that has protection against any type of effects destruction instead of monster effects.
Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess is the better link 4 for when you go first , helps disrupt your opponent's turn so they dont combo off as easy.
Topologic Zeroboros is a wincon on its own , it can grow huge and wipe fields on its own, but has no protection at all so its better used after resources have been spent.
Linkuriboh and Relinquished Anima are link 1 monsters that help trigger Unification of the Cubic Lords with a single Vijam the Cubic Seed .
Phantasm Emperor Trilojig is here to be used as instant burn card in case you side in Necro Fusion to finish off opponents in long games.
Side Deck
Contact "C" is used to prevent opponents from using materials brought from Cubic Mandala to go to extra deck plays.
Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion is used to protect your cards from graveyard disruption, but also great against opponent decks that use graveyard a lot.
Twin Twisters are used to fight against spell/trap heavy decks since your options against these are limited and hard matchup for cubic.
One extra Cubic Mandala in case you want to turbo it or have a backup against decks that would struggle to fight against it.
Cubic Rebirth against decks that like to attack but have no consistent way to wipe your spell and traps.
Necro Fusion for long and grindy games so you ensure you end up on one of your fusions lategame.
Torrential Tribute is good when you need more destructions to trigger Cubic Mandala .
