Hi, it is I, Grayewick, he who enjoys the art of Fusion summoning, have returned this time with a question.
Are you tired of seeing these Lyrilusc/Zoodiac/Tri-Brigades in the ladder? Have you had enough of asking yourself "what have I done wrong" after seeing Earth Machines continue doing all these stuff after being Ashed? Do you feel vindicated by the current Master Duel meta game and in a desperate need of absolute form of retaliation so bad, calling it a "war crime" would be an understatement? Well my friend, I came here to you to provide you something that not only you might enjoy, but your opponent is guaranteed not to. We are erasing "fun" in our vocabularies nowadays, ladies and gentlemen because I am here to present you, Counter Fairy Eldlich.
If that sounds like the most disgusting name of a deck you've heard, then good, because that's what it intends to do. But before everything else, I wanna preface this with a caution that this is NOT a cheap deck list.
The first "unfun" part of the deck list:
• x3 Solemn Judgment and x3 Solemn Strike - The Solemn brigade, emissaries of unfun are absolutely mandatory for this deck, regardless of your overall ratio. You could make room for a Solemn Warning or two if you like.
• x3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring - Generic hand trap, but the real power move here is Normal Summon Ash, Synchro with Ash and Conquistador/Huaquero into Shiranui Shogunsaga/Draco Berserker of the Tenyi.
• x1 Constellar Pleiades - Generic Rank 5 with Quick Play spot removal.
• x1 Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max - Cowboy's bigger brother.
• x1 Crimson Knight Vampire Bram - Great Zombie-type Xyz monster that floats upon destruction and can steal monsters from your opponent's GY by detaching an Xyz material. You can also revive him with your Eldlixir of Scarlet Sanguine.
• x1
Crimson Blader -
To lock your opponent down from Special Summoning high Level monsters upon destroying a monster by battle during their next turn.
• x1
Scrap Dragon -
Generic one for one spot removal. Can be used to turn off your Cursed Eldland if not needed anymore.
• x1
Shark Fortress -
A funny card. Not necessary but nice to have. Decent beater, makes OTKs easy, and offers a bit of protection to your Conquistadors/Huaqueros from battle.
• x1
Vylon Disigma -
A classic Rank 4 monster that has two forms of removal, one is a targeting, non-destruction effect, and the other is a non-targeting destruction effect. Great with your Fairies.
• x1 Bountiful Artemis - Not once per turn draw power. We also have Card of Demise at three, btw.
• x2 Power Angel Valkyria - Your main searcher.
• x3 Guiding Ariadne - The main reason you're still alive after all that Solemn negations.
• x1 Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath - A fantastic boss monster in this deck. It pierces for damage, it can Special Summon itself, it searches. Standard for Counter Fairies, for one more reason later.
• x1 Minerva, Scholar of the Sky - your secondary beat stick that can also be a conditional searcher.
• x1 Meltiel, Sage of the Sky - your secondary way to recover that can also be a conditional interruption.
• x3 The Sanctum of Parshath - A mandatory three of card. This is your only way to recover your Solemn traps and Fairy monsters from the GY, and also provides additional protection to your Set Spell/Trap cards, but the most important thing is it turns on the other effects of your Fairy monsters because it also counts as "The Sanctuary in the Sky". Protect it with your life, literally.
• x3 Dogmatika Punishment - Because we're running Psy-Framelord Omega, Elder Entity N'tss, and Wind Pegasus @Ignister in this build.
• x3 Ice Dragon's Prison - Sleeper staple in this format. Great against boss monsters that cannot be targeted and/or destroyed on decks that only utilizes one monster type, or for just straight up stealing them.
• x3 Ultimate Providence - Another reason why we're running a lot of Spells despite also using Imperial Order, because pardon my language but fuck them Evenly Matched (even though not a lot of people are running them, surprisingly enough), Lightning Storms, Twin Twisters, and Cosmic Cyclones.
• x1 Rebirth of Parshath - This is why we're running only one Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath, Celestial Knightlord Parshath, and Avenging Airknight Parshath. It's a free optional summon upon negation. There's literally no reason not to choose to summon one, unless your field is full.
• x3 Dark Bribe - If I see you chaining this to Upstart Goblin, I swear to God I'm gonna break your fucking kneecaps. No seriously, fantastic Counter Trap.
• x3 Divine Punishment - It's a conditional omni-negate Counter Trap that does not require a discard.
• x1 Red Reboot - For Eldlich mirrors and Infinite Impermanences.
• x1 Imperial Order - Standard for decks built around making your opponent not have fun as much as possible. There's no better feeling than flipping this up to a Sky Striker player in a best of one format. (RIP btw KEKW)
• x3 Pot of Duality and x3 Card of Demise - Because we're playing monki flip anyway, who cares about Special Summoning during your turn. The pot can be anything of your choice though.
The second "unfun" part of the decklist is just Eldlich, and I think that's pretty understandable and everyone who plays Master Duel can agree to that.
So yeah. That's it. Have fun committing crimes against humanity on the ladder.
