Halq while having lv2 non-tuner in GY. Both Revealer of the Ice Barrier and Deep Sea Diva accomplishes it by ss-ing Hexa Spirit which then sends Prior (lv2 non-tuner) making us have 9 starters with Medallion Ice Barrier RotA. Check the video for tutorial on how to play the deck.
Pros: Non-meme Ice Barrier, Nibiru proof, with Eldlich, handtraps, and dynamic endboard (negate summon or wiping backrow/GY)
