There's this funny little card called Full Active Duplex which is a Level 9 WIND Cyberse Monster. Unless you want me to invent a line that involves Ritual Summoning Paladin of Storm Dragon and using its effect to Tribute itself to Special Summon a Level 5 or higher Cyberse monster from hand or Deck, I am just going to go through some Code Talker lines to search for Cynet Codec which will search me a WIND Cyberse Monster from Deck when I Link Summon Excode Talker. Duplex can be Specialed from hand by banishing 2 Link Monsters from GY which is not a hard condition to fulfill, but it is actually just the act of searching it out and having a consistent way of getting Links into GY that you need to get over first. And what better way to do all of that than to play a Code Talker engine. Sadly, because we aren't playing enough Code Talkers in Extra, we can't really make much use out of playing things like Code Exporter, Code Radiator, and Code Generator, and since we can't play any cards that Cyberse-lock us, we can't play some really really good cards like Firewall Defenser (which means we also can't play Firewall Phantom) and Transcode Talker. However, it is pretty easy to actually get to both Codec and Excode Talker, but it is just a matter of fact whether or not you actually draw World Legacy Monstrosity. We technically do have the capability of making Mekk-Knight of the Morning Star to search for it from Deck, but we don't actually play any other World Legacy cards or Mekk-Knight monsters to discard for its effect. This Deck ends on either Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax or Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz (with Cyberse Desavewurm in GY and the ability to send Mereologic Aggregator from Extra to GY on your opponent's turn) in addition to your Prediction Princess plays.
For the monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, and 3 Prediction Bibliomuse. Tarotreith can either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned through Tarotrei's End Phase effect. On Flip she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down and as a Quick Effect, she can flip any number of your monsters either face-up or face-down. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip 1 monster face-up or face-down and during the End Phase, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down if she is Tributed and sent to the GY, and when she is flipped face-up, she can add a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand. And while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s effects. 2 Deus-X Krawler which negates the activated monster effects of all monsters on your opponent’s side of the field after it has been flipped face-up, and if it is destroyed from field, you can add a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute than it from Deck to hand. 1 Full Active Duplex which you can Special Summon from hand by banishing 2 Link Monsters from your GY and if it is sent to GY, you can give a Cyberse monster you control 1000 ATK. 3 Parallel eXceed which you can Special Summon from hand to a zone a Link Monster points to when you Link Summon, and if it is Normal or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon another Parallel eXceed from Deck. And whenever Parallel eXceed is Special Summoned by the effect of a Parallel eXceed, it’s Level becomes 4 which is not really relevant in this Deck as we are just going to be using it as Link Material either way. 1 Balancer Lord which you can pay 1000 Life Points once per turn to have an extra Normal Summon of a Cyberse Monster and its other effect allows you to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from hand if it is banished, but I don’t see how you can accomplish that in this Deck. This is more of less sort of the 40th card I decided to slot into this Deck. It basically acts as a way to get more monsters on board for Link plays which is pretty good in and of itself, but I feel like you are in more situations where you don’t have a Cyberse that you can just outright Normal Summon from your hand considering that you only play 9 theoretical Normal Summons and the rest of your Deck is high-level monsters and Spells. 3 Firewall Guardian. This card can Special Summon itself back from the GY if it was used as material for the Link Summon of a Cyberse monster. Even though this card goes crazy with Firewall Defenser, we sadly can’t play Defenser because it Cyberse locks you in general and not just from the Extra Deck. If you are Cyberse-locked from the Extra Deck, we can work with that since the only necessary monster we need for our Prediction Princess plays from our Extra Deck is Mereologic Aggregator which is a Cyberse monster. 3 Formud Skipper. This card can a Link Monster in your Extra Deck to have itself be treated as the same name, Type, and Attribute as that monster for a Link Summon this turn. But the effect that we are actually using in this Deck is it adding a Level 5 or higher Cyberse monster from Deck to hand if it is used as Link Material and sent to the GY. This can get us either Parallel eXceed or Duplex, but I say that you should search for eXceed rather than Duplex because Formud is usually going to be your Normal Summon and your Link-1 monsters don’t really give ways to extend your plays, so you can’t really get 2 Links into grave to Summon Duplex. However, eXceed can get you more material to do just that. 3 Micro Coder which can be used as Link Material from the hand if you are using a Cyberse monster you control as Link Material for a Code Talker monster. And if it is used as Link Material for the Summon of a Code Talker monster and sent to GY from hand or field, you can add a Cynet Spell/Trap from Deck or add a Level 4 Cyberse monster instead if it was on field. You are always going to be using Coder to search a Cynet Spell/Trap in order to get access to Cynet Codec to get our searches going.
For Spell/Traps: 3 Cynet Mining which discards a card to search a Level 4 or lower Cyberse Monster from Deck. This gets you Firewall Guardian, Formud Skipper, Micro Coder, or even Balancer Lord, whatever you need as a starter or extender. And since it does discard a card for cost, you can discard either Tarotrei or Tarotreith since you can Ritual Summon them from GY with Underworld Ritual. 3 Cynet Codec. This card is the focal point of Code Talker, translating to becoming the focal point of this Deck as well. Once per chain, if a Code Talker monster is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck to your field, you can target that monster and add a Cyberse monster with the same Attribute as that monster from your Deck to your hand, but you are Cyberse-locked from the Extra Deck and cannot add a Cyberse monster with that Attribute for the rest of this turn with this effect. There are 2 main cards that we are focusing on searching with this card. If you hard draw this card, you can search for Micro Coder if you Link Summon Code Talker, and if you search this card at some point in your combo, you can search for Full Active Duplex from Deck if you Link Summon Excode Talker. I feel like Code Talkers along with Cynet Codec are the best way to search for Duplex and have enough Link Monsters in GY to actually Special Summon Duplex from hand. If it weren’t for that I’d have already given up on making a Prediction Princess Deck work with Duplex. Next up, 1 Cynet Optimization. It essentially gives you an Extra Normal Summon of a Cyberse monster during your Main Phase at the cost of restricting you to only Special Summoning Cyberse monster from Extra Deck. Again, we are completely fine with being Cyberse-locked from the Extra Deck in this Deck, so we have the ability to utilize cards like these without facing any repercussions. We only need 1 copy because you either hard draw it or you search it in a situation where you already have access to Codec. The extra Normal Summon gives you good ways to extend, especially since we can’t play most of the good Cyberse monsters that get material really easily onto the board as they Cyberse lock you in general and not just from the Extra Deck. 1 Instant Fusion which gets you to Master of Ham. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which Ritual Summons a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess from Deck face-down. 3 World Legacy Monstrosity which can Special Summon a Level 9 from hand or target a Level 9 you control and Special Summon 2 Level 9’s from Deck with a different Type and Attribute than it with different names. And finally, 3 Pot of Prosperity.
Extra Deck: 1 Cyberse Desavewurm which can be banished from your field or GY when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card or effect while you control a Link-4 or higher Cyberse monster to negate that activation. You send this off of Terahertz on your turn to have a negate ready for your opponent’s turn, especially against something like a board clearing Spell/Trap. 1 Master of Ham which can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. And since Code Talker is generic, you can actually use it as Link Material or as an extender for Link plays. 1 Herald of the Arc Light which searches a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from Deck when sent to GY. 2 Mereologic Aggregator which sends a monster from Extra Deck to GY on Xyz Summon and it can target any number of monsters in Gy up to the number of its materials, detach the same number of materials, and attach those monsters from GY. This allows you to recycle Herald for more searches. However, you actually get to use its last effect in this Deck. If it is sent to GY, you can target a face-up card on field and negate its effects until the end of the turn. You send Desavewurm to GY with Terahertz on your turn to have a negate live and send this on your opponent’s turn with Terahertz as it is a Quick Effect to negate a face-up card your opponent controls. Speaking of, 1 Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz which requires 3 or more Cyberse monsters as Material which is fairly easy to do considering how easily you can Link climb while retaining material on board in this Deck (Ex: Excode Talker + Link Decoder + Mereologic Aggregator). It negates monster effects activated by your opponent during the Battle Phase and it can Quick Effect send a Cyberse monster from Deck or Extra Deck to GY to gain that monster’s Attribute and gain 2500 ATK. And it can attack monsters a number of times equal to its different Attributes. 1 Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax which is untargetable and forces your opponent’s monsters to only be able to attack it, and it gains the ATK of your opponent’s Special Summoned monster it battles, and if it’s Link Summoned and sent to GY by your opponent, you can spin a card on field. 1 Accesscode Talker. 1 Excode Talker which really serves no purpose in this Deck other than being a WIND Code Talker monster to search a WIND Cyberse monster off of Codec. 1 S:P Little Knight. 1 I:P Masquerena. 1 Code Talker which is just a generic Link-2 Cyberse monster and a Code Talker in name. 1 Code Talker Inverted which can Special Summon a Cyberse monster from hand to a Zone it points to on Link Summon. And 2 Link Decoder which can Special Summon itself from GY if it is sent there as material for a Cyberse Link Monster with 2300 or more original ATK, banishing itself when it leaves field.
Side Deck: 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Kashtira Fenrir, 2 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Triple Tactics Talents, 3 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, and 1 Evenly Matched.
