An classic, casual, and fun WATER Deck I wanted to make many moons ago for the GOAT Format. heavily focused around “A Legendary Ocean” and the creatures that dwell in the deep blue sea.
‘Before you go barking like a sea lion about some of the cards in this deck being GOAT viable or not, I’ll tell you right now that this is based on the OCG GOAT format, NOT the TCG GOAT Format. Though some of the cards may or may not be in the TCG GOAT Format, I see absolutely NO reason whatsoever why some of the GOAT cards from the GOAT OCG shouldn’t be in the already lackluster GOAT TCG in the first place. Also I made very gosh damned sure that these cards were viable for the age span of the GOAT Format and paid damn attention to the forbidden/limited list from the TCG GOAT version as carefully as possible.
I also wanna point out that this is my first, GOAT Format WATER Deck… EVER… so any constructive feedback is welcome.
