Power: High Rogue (8.8/10) - This remains one of the strongest identity-safe Link Evolution builds on the account. Sky Striker fits Ciel's precise, tool-based identity very naturally, and the list now stays fully current-TCG-legal while leaning harder into the best available Striker grind tools: 3 Engage, 3 Widow Anchor, 3 Kagari, 3 Shizuku, Raye recursion, and a dense spell count. It is not rated higher because the Link Evolution pool lacks later Striker upgrades like Linkage, HAMP, Azalea, Camellia, Engage Zero, and Accesscode Talker.
Consistency: Excellent. Raye, Roze, Reinforcement of the Army, Area Zero, Terraforming, Engage, Shizuku, Pot of Desires, Upstart Goblin, and Foolish Burial Goods plus Metalfoes Fusion all help the deck find engine or keep cards flowing. Called by the Grave replaces the extra Ghost Ogre as a stronger legal protection spell for key Engage, Raye, and Shizuku turns.
Ceiling: High, but fair. The deck wins by stacking small advantages: Hayate loads the graveyard, Kagari recovers the best spell, Shizuku searches follow-up, Widow Anchor converts opposing monsters into pressure, and Multirole turns spent Striker spells into repeatable interaction. Borrelsword gives the list a Link Evolution finisher when Widow Anchor, Hornet Drones, or stolen monsters create enough material.
Recovery: Excellent. Raye keeps coming back when Striker Links leave the field, Kagari rebuys Engage, Anchor, Afterburners, or Shark Cannon, Shizuku replaces itself in the End Phase, Multirole resets spells, and Metalfoes Fusion turns Foolish Burial Goods into a reusable draw spell. The third Kagari is the biggest grind upgrade over the prior version.
Going first/second: Flexible. Going first, the deck is happy ending on Shizuku plus hand traps, Infinite Impermanence, Widow Anchor access, and Multirole follow-up. Going second, it can break boards with hand traps, Afterburners, Jamming Waves, Widow Anchor, Shark Cannon, and the side deck package of Dark Ruler No More, Nibiru, Evenly Matched, Harpie's Feather Duster, Lightning Storm, Cosmic Cyclone, and Pankratops.
Choke points: Stop Engage before it searches and draws, banish or negate Kagari before it recovers a key spell, remove Raye without destroying the Striker Link, keep a monster in the Striker player's Main Monster Zone, or remove Multirole before it starts recycling interaction. Droll after the first search is also strong, and graveyard disruption can weaken Kagari, Shark Cannon, and the three-spell bonus effects.
Key cards: Sky Striker Ace - Raye, Sky Striker Ace - Kagari, Sky Striker Ace - Shizuku, Sky Striker Ace - Hayate, Sky Striker Mobilize - Engage!, Sky Striker Mecha - Widow Anchor, Sky Striker Mecha - Shark Cannon, Sky Striker Mecha Modules - Multirole, Sky Striker Airspace - Area Zero, Called by the Grave, Pot of Desires, Foolish Burial Goods, Metalfoes Fusion.
Key combos: Raye becomes Hayate, Hayate sends a Striker spell, Kagari recovers it, and Shizuku searches another card in the End Phase. Engage searches the missing engine piece and draws once three spells are in the graveyard. Area Zero can target a set spell or Raye to dig, and Multirole can send Area Zero to summon Raye from Deck. Foolish Burial Goods sends Metalfoes Fusion, which shuffles itself back to draw while increasing spell count. Widow Anchor steals monsters for tempo, Zeke clears awkward bodies, and Borrelsword closes games when the stolen monster line creates enough material.
