Chill Horus TBFD

Another chill deck based around the Horus LvL monsters with a bunch of power cards we used from forever ago. Get Horus LVL 8 out, set up one of the multiple ways to shut of opponents' trap cards, proceed to profit! Fun, easy to play, strong in relaxed matches, and has a bit of everything I liked back in the day when the ban list was just a "suggestion". I've added some modern cards to help with synergy and consistency.
