Either normal summon Manju or one of the Impcantations to search out Chaos MAX Dragon or Chaos Form/Advanced Ritual Art, or use cards like The Melody of Awakening Dragon to search out Chaos MAX and Extra-Foolish Burial to send Herald of the Arc Light from your extra deck to the GY to activate its last effect.
Once you have Chaos MAX on the field, use Creature Swap or Shien's Spy to give them a 0 DEF Impcantation monster then attack it with Chaos MAX to deal 8,000 damage and win the game.
Replacing the x3 copies of Alternatve and Jet Dragon with the other Impcantation cards and 1 copy of regular Chaos Dragon would technically make the deck a bit more consistent, but leaving them in gives easier access to alternate win conditions like Twin Burst Dragon and are themselves very good cards (plus that keeps the deck a majority dergons).
