Ignore the price of the side deck they are simply suggestions to replace chaos ruler and elf.
In a once upon a time format this deck would be stronger however despite chaos ruler and elf being banned the combos in the deck are still viable. Swap out chaos ruler for any of the lvl 8 synchro. Elf can be swapped out for virtually anything else needed he only acts as an extender to the i:p combo to go into link 4 yuki (id recommend dark charmer). Elf is not needed and can be swapped for a synchro, xyz or link some options are shown in the side deck or putting a 2nd of any extra deck monster such as vampire sucker is fine. Chaos ruler and elfs effects were simply extenders so it is not too much of a loss. However it is important to have a lvl 8 synchro to go into for the punk combo.
Some combos
Uni-zombie, zombie world and changshi in hand
1 Activate z world and summon uni
2 Uni effect discarding changshi
3 Uni 2nd effect sending glow up bloom
4 Glow effect summoning changshi
5 Changshi effect sending gozuki/mezuki
(Gozuki if u got a zomb monster in hand)
6 Activate mezuki effect banishin itself to summon changshi
7 link any 2 monsters into i:p masquerana
8 if opponent controls monster link i:p and other zombie into spright elf
9 spright elf to summon back i:p
10 opponents turn use i:p effect to summon link 4 yuki

From Step 5
5 changshii effect sending gozuki
6 gozuki effect banishing changshii summoning a monster from hand
7 changshii banishing effect banishing another monster summoning itself
8 link 2 monsters into dark charmer and activate dark charmer to summon another monster
9 link 2 monsters into i:p
10 actiavte i:p on opponents turn using dark charmer, opponents monster, i:p and other remaining monster to summon underworld goddess
Alternatively if you do not have another monster
Send mezuki instead of gozuki activate his effect summoning a zombie and link all three into vampire facinator, facinator effect summoning another mosnter then link into yuki. Or instead of going into facinator straight away link into vampire sucker and activate effect to summon a monster to opponents field to draw a card. Then link vampire sucker and remaining monster into facinator and follow through from there
zombie world, uni zombie plus one discard
1 activate zombie world
2 summon uni-zombie
3 uni effect sending glow up bloom increasing kevel by 1
4 glow up bloom effect summoning changshi from deck.
5 changshii effect sending mezuki
6 synchro uni and changshii into red-eyes zombie lord
7 activage mezuki banishing itself to summon uni zombie
8 activate red-eyes zombie dragon lord to summon changshii
9 Activate uni zombie first effect to discard and increase level
10 syncrho changshii and uni zombie into lvl 10 chingyeng or any other lvl 10
One card combo
Shiranui
1 summon shiranui
2 activate his effect to tribute himself to summon uni-zombie
3 activate uni-zombie second effect to send mezuki to grave.
4 mezuki effect to to banish itself summoning shiranui
5 synchro shiranui and uni-zombie into any level 8. - chaos ruler for extensions and further plays
If not you can end on PSY FRAMELORD OMEGA or whatever other level 8 you swapped chaos ruler for
E tele combo
E tele and one discard
1 activate e tele
2 summon ze amin and acitivate effect paying 300lp
3 add foxy tune to hand
4 activate foxy tune from hand and discard a card
5 summon deer note from deck
6 synchro deer note and ze amin into a level 8 synchro (if chaos ruler mill 5 and play based on extension)
- level 8 synchro can be either psy framelord omega or any other lvl 8
7 activate deer note in grave to summon foxy tune to field
8 xyz for the zombie vampire
9 activate the zombie vampire detatching PSY FRAMELORD OMEGA and milling 4 and special summon one of them, opponent monster for disruption or one of urs for extension.
- depending on whay you mill you can disrupt opponents or u can extend your own plays
These combos arent the be all end all of the deck, majority of the combos can be adapted to what you have in your hand or graveyard and so most of the itll allow for more extensions to some combos. Also there are a few more combos that havent been mentioned i.e. starting with z world and gozuki only etc.

None of the combos I have shown make use of doomking,alghoul so if possible always try to get doomking and or alghoul into graveyard as they give protection/disruption. I also havent shown amy fusion combos however those need exteremly specific cards which is rare to happen and so the fusions are there as a back up option. Immortal dragon is also a good card that you can combo with. Might update later with that combo
The deck has versatility in going into either a synchro play or link play
The boards it makes arent game breaking but they are good enough to set up one or two disruptions, however there arent many handtraps which can also be a negative but its not an exteremly competitive deck so its fine. You can always reduce some cards or get rid of some to fit in more hand traps. The ratios are decent enough that you will have something to at least start you up a decent amount of the time. The deck can also be reduced to around 41ish cards if consistency becomes a problem.
I havent done much testing in terms of how it reacts to handtraps and disruptions so i cant say much for that
Side deck put watever you feel like. Ignore the cards in the side deck.
