Budget - Tenpai/Sangen

Cheapest Tenpai/Sangen deck I could make without butchering the whole thing. This is a great blind second OTK deck, even with prosperity.

Main combo:

Activate Sangen Summoning, add Tenpai Dragon Paidra

Normal Summon Paidra, add Sangen Kaimen

- Battle Phase -

Activate Sangen Kaimen, add and Special Summon Chundra

Attack with Paidra (even if your opponent's monster has higher ATK; it won't be destroyed due to Paidra's effect.) and activate Chundra's effect to Special Summon Fadra

Attack with all monsters (if available)

Paidra Quick Effect to Synchro with Chundra into Bident (Or other Synchros if needed)

Bident Synchro Summon effect to Summon back Chundra

Attack more, activate Fadra to Special Summon back the Paidra

Fadra Quick Effect to Synchro into Transcendent using Bident

Activate Bident to Summon itself

Attack more (again)...

From here, you can make Hieratic Seals and Summon back Transcendent, or Synchro into other guys...

With most combos, you should be able to OTK pretty much every time, except for a few very specific situations in which your opponent is floodgating you.

Note: To deal a bunch of damage, you can also make Kuibelt, destroy the Field Spell and double its ATK.
