This is the newer version of the budget Mekk-Knight Orcust deck I made a few months ago. The Orcust portion of the deck is not needed so I am playing less of it and keeping it in the side, but can be fun to try sometimes. With a few copies of Sangan, Girsu and other extenders going first isn't so bad with pure Mekk-Knights, although drawing too many normal summonable monsters or none is a problem some of the time.
Evenly Matched is not needed for this deck, it is just a staple I already own. And if you have it I would recommend playing Accesscode Talker instead of Ningirsu the World Chalice Warrior.
Gamaciel the Sea Turtle Kaiju, Harpie's Feather Duster and Pankratops should be sided out when going first in game 2 or 3, for Sangan, and World Legacy "World Shield". World Legacy "World Shield" can to used to protect World Legacy Secret from targeting effects or destruction effects, for this play make sure to put both World Legacy Secret and World Legacy "World Shield" in the same collumn as Mekk-Knight of the Morning Star as this allows all collumns to have a Mekk-Knight in them.
Cosmic Cyclone, Evenly Matched and Harpie's Feather Duster are all tools for different types of backrow decks. For monster heavy end boards, Dark Ruler No More, Gamaciel the Sea Turtle Kaiju and Pankratops are good tools.
Generally you will be assuming that the opponent's deck is monster focused with spells as extenders. This is why the main deck is on 3 World Legacy's Secret and 1 World Legacy Whispers, World Legacy Key is used at a way to add World Legacy "World Chalice" back to hand to discard for Mekk-Knight of the Morning Star's effect. With this ratio you can search World Legacy's Memory, World Legacy Succession or World Legacy Whispers if you already drew a World Legacy's Secret. World Legacy Scars is ok in the main deck in game 1 and when going first as it helps to get a World Legacy card in GY for summoning Lib the World Key Blademaster or to try to topdeck another monster or settable spell/trap.
