This is a heavily budgeted version of galaxy eyes, this deck is built to be versatile going first or second.
The goal is to OTK or lose.
The Draglubion can go into basically any Xyz, going first you want to summon Number 38 going second you can go into Numeron Dragon for extra ATK or something else.
The whole deck is light so Gozen Match works pretty well.
The Galaxy/Photon Engine is a little weird so the ratios can definetely be changed
Handtraps are dependent on the matchups/format
Upgrades:
Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord and Zeus are pretty important extra deck upgrades
Forbidden Chalice is budget Droplet/Imperm
Kaiju can be subbed for Nibiru, Sphere Mode or Lava Golem. Ideally you want a Light monster to pitch with Galaxy Soldier if needed.
Numbers Last Hope is a backup plan but can be taken out for consistency or an extra handtrap.
Lightning Storm can replace raigeki and/or twin twister.
Conclusion:
The deck is very good at OTKs but can't play through more than 1-2 interruptions most of the time.
You can get rid of the side deck to cut costs if needed (and maybe replace ash or the cipher dragons)
