It's simple, Eldlich with extra beatsticks.
If you want to chop down to 40 cards, I'd suggest dropping the 3x Torrential and 2x Dark Bribe. But I would recommend replacing the 3x Solemn Strike with 3x Solemn Judgment.
Extra deck is built to support both Branded and Eldlich, however you won't rely too much on the 3 Eldlich cards (Constellar and the 2 trains) as the power mainly comes from your branded fusions and Eldlich/Heavenly.
Keep in mind, Heavenly CAN be used on either turn so it's an easy additional body on the field when they activate a facedown backrow card. Even better when it's been revealed on the previous turn, as you get a +1 in your backrow which is huge advantage for Eldlich style play as you can set ANY spell or trap (although it cannot be activated the same turn, standard ruling applies).
I wouldn't expect to top any tournaments. But this is a nice budget power hungry deck for casual, or maybe even competitive play in some scenes.
Side deck is built to counter mirror matches and current meta (tears) with Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror hurting tear cards nicely and Heavy Duster storm a great backrow removal. Galaxy Cyclone is specifically for removing those gritty cards like Mystic Mine (ew) as it can be activated in the GY.
Not so great against Runick though so, gl if you vs them as they just banish all your stuff.
PS. You could probably throw some more Branded stuff and bump up to a 60 card deck for a real mixer, clock out the Eldlich extra deck stuff for Branded things like Masquerade for the burn, but I haven't thought that deeply about this.
