I only really played Tear for a few days before before the new banlist dropped, and not a ton of Branded either, don't expect anything good from me.
A few things I would consider are upping the amount of Polymerization in deck, since it isn't a dead draw and it let's you load your Graveyard with more King of the Swamp if you draw both it and Polymerization, or 2 King of the Swamp. I would also consider changing the number of the Hex-Sealed Fusions. I like playing 3 dark because you can then send it with Branded Fusion, or you can use a Tearlament name to do both a Lubellion summon and a Tear summon. It's also debatable whether you play Despia, Theater of the Branded, but to be completely honest I just like having an extra target off Aluber other than Fusion and Lost. Tragedy is debatable at 3, but I don't have an argument either way so you can make that decision on your own. I also know that plenty of Tear decks played Mudragon and Garura, but honestly I didn't know how to play Tear optimally at its peak, so that's a decision others can make for themselves if they decide to pick this up. I should probably run handtraps in the deck, but I frankly don't care enough right now.
The Extra Deck is very debatable, I don't quite know just what you want to be playing in there, but I just picked what I thought might be good. Would recommend tinkering with it if you explore it further.
