The Strategy of this deck is to mill your opponent's deck entirely with Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower. So how does this deck achieve it's goal? devote the entire thing to specialing zombie monsters. What archetype can shit out zombie monsters like it's nobody's business? Mayakashi, specifically the synchro cards + Dakki. Dakki is a tuner that special summons itself from the graveyard when used for a synchro summon. but with practically no protection that either of these cards have, this is where Zombie World comes in. You see, Bone Tower doesn't specify YOU summoning a zombie monster, but EITHER PLAYER. Zombie World, the field spell that turns every monster on both fields and graveyards zombie type essentially limits how many summons your opponent can do before milling their entire deck themselves.
