7 months ago when I made my Superheavy Samurai and Karakuri Prediction Princess Deck, I said that Blue-Eyes Prediction Princess is a Deck that could not work as Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon prevented you from Special Summoning 2 or more monsters at the same time, preventing you from activating World Legacy Monstrosity targeting it for 2 Level 9 monsters from the Deck and due to Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon having a mandatory effect on Special Summon that prevented both players from targeting Dragon monsters you currently controlled with card effects which also stopped you from targeting it with Monstrosity. However, the Advent of Blue-Eyes Structure Deck that is coming out in the future changed that. It gives us 1 card that basically simplifies the combo to get to Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon while also allowing you to get both Spirit Dragon and Azure-Eyes out onto the field as 2 Level 9 monsters to go into Mereologic Aggregator. In short, the Link-1 Spirit with Eyes of Blue turns Sage with Eyes of Blue into a 1-card combo that gets us straight to Mereologic Aggregator without having to jump through complicated loops to get there. And surprisingly, this has become one of the most impressive Prediction Princess Decks that I have worked with so far. Sage being a 1-card combo for Aggregator means that you just need to draw either Prediction Princess Bibliomuse or either Ritual Monster or a copy of the Ritual Spell for full Prediction Princess combo. So that means that we also get to play a lot of non-engine cards as well which is a new feeling, especially for Prediction Princess. We are killing 2 birds with 1 stone today since Blue-Eyes has 2 Level 9 monsters. Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon is a Level 9 LIGHT Dragon Synchro Monster that requires a Tuner and 1 or more non-Tuner Blue-Eyes monsters. While it is on the field, neither player can Special Summon 2 or more monsters at the same time. As a soft opt during either player’s turn, you can negate the activation of a card in the GY and as a non-opt during either player’s turn while it was previously Synchro Summoned, you can Tribute it to Special Summon a LIGHT Dragon Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck except for itself but it is destroyed during the End Phase. Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon is a Level 9 LIGHT Dragon Synchro Monster that requires a Tuner and 1 or more non-Tuner Normal Monsters as material. It has a mandatory effect that activates on Special Summon that prevents either player from targeting Dragon monsters you currently control with card effects or destroying them with card effects until the end of the next turn. And as a once per turn during your Standby Phase, you can target and Special Summon a Normal Monster from your GY. So, the way we are getting 2 Level 9’s on field is by Synchro Summoning Spirit Dragon, Tributing it off to Summon Azure-Eyes from Extra Deck, and then Tributing Spirit with Eyes of Blue to use its effect to bring back Spirit Dragon. Sage with Eyes of Blue is full combo to get to Aggregator, so we just need any Prediction Princess card for full Prediction Princess combo. Let’s say that we draw Sage and Tarotrei. Normal Sage and use its effect on Normal Summon to search for Maiden with Eyes of Blue. Link Sage into the Link-1 Spirit and use its effect on Link Summon to add Mausoleum of White from Deck to hand. Activate Mausoleum and use its additional Normal Summon to Normal Summon Maiden. Activate Mausoleum’s other effect targeting Maiden. Maiden triggers on Chain Link 2 to Special Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon from hand, Deck, or GY. Mausoleum resolves sending another copy of Blue-Eyes from hand or Deck to GY. Synchro Maiden and Blue-Eyes into Spirit Dragon. Tribute Spirit Dragon to Summon Azure-Eyes from Extra Deck. Then activate the Link-1 to Tribute it to bring back Spirit Dragon. Xyz Azure-Eyes and Spirit Dragon into Mereologic Aggregator in the EMZ who sends Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck to GY which triggers to search for Underworld Ritual of Prediction. Detach a material from Aggregator to target and reattach Herald from GY. Link Aggregator into Gravity Controller which triggers Herald in GY to search for Prediction Princess Tarotreith. Activate Underworld Ritual tributing Tarotreith to Ritual Summon Tarotrei. During the End Phase, Tarotrei Special Summons Tarotreith from GY face-down. And then during your opponent’s Standby Phase, you can banish Underworld Ritual from GY to get Bibliomuse from Deck face-down and you can flip Tarotreith face-up with Tarotrei’s effect to get either Deus-X Krawler or Pot of the Forbidden from Deck with both Bibliomuse and whatever Flip Monster you Summoned being able to be flipped up by Tarotreith to get their effects.
For the Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 2 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down during your End Phase. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's effect in the End Phase. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-downn and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down after being Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute. 1 Pot of the Forbidden which has a Flip Effect that lets you choose between Drawing 2 cards, returning all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroying all monsters your opponent controls, or looking at your opponent's hand and shuffling a card from it back into the Deck. 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon. 1 Maiden with Eyes of Blue. I think that she is much better in application for this Deck than the new Maiden of White is. We are using her for her first effect only which is when a card or effect activates that targets her, you can Quick Effect Special Summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your hand, Deck, or GY. Maiden of White can only Summon Blue-Eyes from your GY, but she is designed to have more focus on getting out Blue-Eyes Spirit Ultimate Dragon anyways. 3 Sage with Eyes of Blue which adds a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand except for itself on Normal Summon. And you can discard it and target an Effect Monster you control to send it to the GY to Special Summon a Blue-Eyes monster from Deck. In a normal Blue-Eyes Deck, Sage’s second effect is really good for accessing a Blue-Eyes from Deck, and we could also use that in this Deck as well since we could use it to get Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon which searches for a Ritual Spell on Special Summon. However, that would just be making things more complicated than they need to be, so just using Sage for his first effect is good enough. 3 Ash Blossom and 2 Effect Veiler. Veiler is also a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner Monster FYI, so you could search it off of the new Prayers with Eyes of Blue if you already have Sage for an interruption.
Spell/Traps: 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 1 Foolish Burial. Remember that Underworld Ritual can also Ritual Summon from GY, so this is basically another copy of either of the Ritual Monsters. 3 Prayer with Eyes of Blue. This card discards a card to search for a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner Monster and a Spell/Trap that mentions Blue-Eyes White Dragon except for another copy of itself. And you can banish it from GY to target a Blue-Eyes White Dragon you control to equip it with a Blue-Eyes monster from your Extra Deck as an Equip Spell that gives it 400 ATK. Aside from searching for Sage or Effect Veiler, this card also gets you to the new Blue-Eyes Trap which I will talk about when I get to it. Its GY effect helps you Summon Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon in a normal Blue-Eyes Deck, but it can also set you up for Dragon Master Magia by putting Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon into rotation. We can actually make Dragon Master Magia and ensure it has a Monster and a Spell negate. We would just need to play Ultimate Fusion as well as a way to a BLS monster or a Chaos monster like playing Black Luster Soldier - Legendary Swordsman, Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon, Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, or by playing Summoner of Illusions for Master of Chaos. Or even by playing Witch Doctor of Chaos if you’re freaky like that. But that means that we would be putting a bunch of otherwise useless cards in our Deck which is not great, so continuing on with what we have is great. 1 Mausoleum of White which gives you an additional Normal Summon of a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner Monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set and the only other effect we are using it for is having it target a face-up monster we control to send a Normal Monster from hand or Deck to GY to increase the targeted monster’s ATK/DEF by that monster’s Level x100. We just need this targeting effect to trigger Maiden’s effect. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 1 Called By the Grave and 2 Crossout Designator. 3 Infinite Impermanence. And finally, 1 Majesty with Dragons of White which allows you to show up to 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragon(s) from your hand, face-up Monster Zone, and/or GY to destroy that many cards your opponent controls. We aren’t using its GY effect as much as feel like how cool it would be to do so in thai Deck. This card is our Spell/Trap target that mentions Blue-Eyes White Dragon to search off of Prayers. And to be honest, 2 pops is actually pretty good all things considered. You could also play a second copy if you are worried you draw it and turn off your Prayer.
Extra Deck: 1 Master of Ham which can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 1 Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon and 1 Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon. 2 Herald of the Arc Light which adds a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand if it is sent to the GY. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 1 Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis. 1 Infinitrack Earth Slicer. 2 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 S:P Little Knight and 1 Gravity Controller. And 1 Spirit with Eyes of Blue which is the new Link-1 for Blue-Eyes. It needs either a Level 4 or lower Dragon or Spellcaster for Material and it locks you into Special Summoning Dragons while it is on the field (which is not an issue for how we are using it). On Link Summon, it can add or send a Mausoleum of White from Deck. And you can Tribute it to Special Summon a Blue-Eyes monster from hand or GY, but if you Summon an Effect Monster from GY by this effect, its effects are negated and it cannot attack. This is literally the card that I needed to make Blue-Eyes Prediction Princess work. It literally does everything I need to get 2 Level 9’s onto the field which is just unbelievable.
Side Deck: 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Kashtira Fenrir, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Lightning Storm, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, and 3 Evenly Matched.
