-Heavy field spell searching paired with 'Trap Trick' shenanigans reliably get 'Fusion Gate' and 'Chain Material' out to start your combo.

-Backrow protection like 'Boo-Boo Game', 'Starlight Road', and 'Waking the Dragon' will keep you safe and your opponent guessing. I prefer 'Raidraptor - Rising Rebellion Falcon', but 'Last Warrior from Another Planet' and 'Naturia Exterio' are also great choices.

-Monster floodgates like 'Barrier Statue of the Inferno" and 'Inspector Boarder' and searchable floodgate field spells like 'Necro Valley' and 'Summon Breaker' can shut down your opponent completely, especially when the is latter brought out by 'Metaverse'.

-Tribute-based boardbreakers like 'Lava Golem' and 'Volcanic Queen' get around opponent monsters and make great targets for 'Ignition Beast Volcannon' to deal massive damage. Also consider cards like 'Compuslory Evacuation Device' and 'Storming Mirror Force' to bounce them back to your hand for reuse.

-Plays through 'Nibiru, the Primal Being' and 'Ash Blossom, Joyous Spring' pretty well, but watch out for 'Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit' as she can easily destroy 'Fusion Gate.'
