This deck is pretty much exclusively a blind second deck, the main focus is spamming the board with thunder/light (mainly Batteryman) monsters and OTKing. Batteryman Charger can bring 6000-7000 damage on board and with even 1 revival card that can easily reach OTK range.
With Some Summer Summoner, Thunderclap Skywolf becomes an accessible quick play Raigeki that can disrupt your opponent (giving the deck some breathing room going first). Besides Batteryman Solar, Foolish Burial and Brilliant Fusion can also send it to the graveyard.
