Power: High Rogue (8.3/10) - This is the strongest identity-safe version of the Bandit Keith Scrap Orcust concept I can make from the Link Evolution card pool. It is fully TCG-legal and avoids banned modern shortcuts like Halqifibrax, Auroradon, Apollousa, Borreload Savage Dragon, Knightmare Mermaid, and Knightmare Gryphon, but Scrap Recycler into Scrap Wyvern plus Orcust recursion is still a serious rogue-level Machine combo shell.
Consistency: Strong. The deck has multiple ways to reach its engine through Scrap Recycler, Scrapyard, Scrap Factory, Terraforming, Scrapstorm, Foolish Burial, One for One, Orcustrated Return, and the small Danger package. Recycler is the best starter because it sends O-Lion, Orcust Harp Horror, Orcust Knightmare, World Wand, or Brass Bombard depending on the hand. Danger monsters and Orcustrated Return also help turn awkward Orcust names into live graveyard resources.
Ceiling: High. Scrap Wyvern converts Scrap bodies into Scrap Golem and Recycler pressure, while Harp Horror, Orcust Knightmare, World Wand, Cymbal Skeleton, Galatea, Dingirsu, Babel, and Crescendo give the deck real interaction. I:P Masquerena into Unicorn, Dingirsu protection, Topologic Bomber Dragon, Topologic Zeroboros, Borrelsword Dragon, Scrap Dragon, and PSY-Framelord Omega give the Extra Deck enough legal threats without relying on banned boss monsters.
Recovery: Excellent. Orcust cards naturally recycle themselves, Galatea converts banished Machines back into deck resources, Dingirsu protects the board or sends a problem card, and Cymbal Skeleton can revive an Orcust link after the first wave is answered. Scrap Factory, Scrap Golem, Monster Reborn, Gizmek Orochi, and the Danger bodies also help the deck keep playing after trades.
Going first/second: Best going first. The ideal plan is to establish Galatea, Dingirsu, Babel or Crescendo, with I:P, Topologic, or Borrelsword follow-up depending on the hand. Going second, the side deck brings Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Nibiru, Twin Twisters, Droll & Lock Bird, and Harpie's Feather Duster so the combo engine has room to start.
Choke points: Stop Scrap Recycler before it sends the key graveyard piece, negate Scrap Wyvern before it resolves, remove Scrap Factory before the destroy trigger converts into Scrap Golem, or banish Harp Horror, Orcust Knightmare, World Wand, or Cymbal Skeleton before Galatea can turn them into follow-up. Removing Orcustrated Babel also matters because it turns the Orcust engine back into slower main-phase effects.
Key cards: Scrap Recycler, Scrap Wyvern, Scrap Factory, Scrap Golem, Scrap Chimera, Orcust Harp Horror, Orcust Knightmare, Orcust Brass Bombard, World Legacy - "World Wand", Orcust Cymbal Skeleton, Galatea, Dingirsu, Orcustrated Babel, Orcust Crescendo, Topologic Zeroboros.
Key combos: Scrap Recycler sends O-Lion or an Orcust name to start the graveyard chain. Scrap Wyvern revives and destroys a Scrap monster, which triggers Scrap Factory and summons Scrap Golem or another Recycler. Harp Horror summons Knightmare or Cymbal Skeleton, Knightmare sends World Wand, World Wand extends into Galatea, and Galatea sets Babel or Crescendo. Babel lets Orcust graveyard effects happen on either turn, which makes Dingirsu, Longirsu, Topologic Bomber Dragon, and Topologic Zeroboros much more threatening. One for One can access Brass Bombard, giving Orcust-heavy hands another way to put a Machine body on the field.
