Magical Hats sets Geartowns that will either be destroyed by battle or at the end of the battle phase, upon which you can special an ancient gear each from deck. The favored play is to use a Toon Table Of Contents beforehand to activate Toon Kingdom, then when the hats go off and the geartowns pop you get 2 Toon Ancient Gear Golems from deck that come out under the protection of Kingdom, then once you're around to your turn they can direct for 6000.
Beyond this the deck is there to do fairly standard Ancient Gear things.
