Almost pure Galaxy/Barian.

Pretty pure Galaxy-Eyes/Barian/Tachyon Dragon deck Foolish and ROTA can probably be cut for the many one ofs in the side deck if you are deadset on a "pure" build of the deck and on the other side of the spectrum for making it locals worth and competive cut all the Barian/Seventh stuff and side the Cyclones for handtraps like Ash/Imperm/Nib/ect.

For Extra deck if you want to make it pure cut Zues for Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon and for more competitive cut C107 and Neo Galxy-Eyes Photon Dragon for either the Cyber Dragon Nova/Infinity package or just for any genericly good rank 4s/8s.
