Casual Witchcrafter fusion deck that uses an Albaz package to facilitate plays. Mostly uses Cartesia and Lubellion to bring out Vice-Madame, but has a few other options depending on the situation. A few notes:
Vice-Madame is the main boss monster, as the deck's main priority involves summoning her and extending your plays to get either Verre or Haine on the field (ideally with Bystreet for extra protection)
You'll mostly be summoning Vice-Madame either through Cartesia's effect or through summoning Lubellion via Branded Fusion and then summoning her through Lubellion's on-summon effect; the other fusion cards are mostly back-up options if neither scenario works out
Master of Chaos is only in the deck to be sent off via Branded in High Spirit's effect; any spellcaster fusion who meets the cost requirement can fill this role
Quintet is an extra target for Magicalized Fusion and situational board wipe if you use five different spellcasters
Edel can be special summoned by Vice-Madame's effect and help get another WC monster on field from the hand (useful if you drew into Verre or Haine)
