The Despia strategy is heavily focused on searching the "Branded" Spell and Traps cards and to Fusion summon, something that the
Fallen of Albaz needs to be playable, and with the new support coming for the Branded cards and Albaz in the next Structure Deck, it's sure to be one of the new best decks of the format. Cards like
Branded Fusion and
Paradise Branded allows you to use Monsters from your Deck as fusion material and gets you a search when fusion summoning.
Aluber the Jester of Despia can search any Branded Spell or Trap on it's summon and can also be played during the opponent's turn with
Branded Opening, making it a great searcher for the deck, but so does
Springans Kitt because if you control a Fusion Monster that lists
Fallen of Albaz such as
Albion the Branded Dragon as one of it's materials, you can special summon it from your hand and either search a Braned Spell/Trap from your Deck or add one back from your Graveyard or even banished. Overall, the Branded engine is one of if not the strongest fusion engine at the momment, usually ending on multiple Fusion Monsters like one or two
Masquerade the Blazing Dragon and a
Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon.
